I have stumbled onto your videos and just have to say wow! So glad I found you. With easy to follow, but beautiful detailed flowers, I am sticking with you!
Your channel is my favorite out of all the ones I subscribe too. Your method for tulips is my favorite way to paint flowers, your advice is always spot on, you don’t waste time talking about other things you get right to the point and I wish all the other channels did that.
Thank you for this video. I’ve practiced a lot, but still am having trouble. When I pick up my brush, I often have ragged wispy marks, not a round edge to the end of the petal. There is plenty of paint and water, bc there is usually a bit of a puddle that I know can be sopped up with a dry brush. What I am doing wrong when I get this wispy edge?
As you practice it’s fine to add a few smoothing strokes. Because we’re all using different brushes, paint and paper these tiny differences can mean slightly different results
I can relate as still working on just getting that leaf shape & when get those puddles & try to use “drier brush” leaves a lighter spot 🤔? Ty as very helpful just more practice needed for myself.
