That's a neat razor, it reminds me of some vintage single edge safety razors from GEM or Ever Ready. You have to look into traditional shave soap and brushes for lather, so much nicer to use and some of the higher end fragrance makers even make matching shave soaps.
I think you'll find wet shaving to be really interesting and enjoyable. You get a much better shave and it involves more skill. And some parts are harder to shave as closely because the hair grows at a different angle.
I LOVE my Nefarious I wish I got the washed handle with the hand rubbed satin blade like you got I was only able to pick up the belt satin plain Jane Still a FANTASTIC knife tho Love it That and I was just looking at that Miguron model Gonna be picking up a Ramto soon then!
Now that you have a taste of wet shaving, you should try sharpening straight razors. If you want a wicked edge, get a QSP hedgehog and sharpen it with the blade totally flat on your stones.
I have a Nefaris. My only complaint is that choked back its not super comfortable. Ive found that knives with a gap or flat spot between the main handle grip and the choil arent as comfortable. Divo does the best with their choils. Even ABWs choke up spot is beautiful where material doesnt get trapped in a big choil.
That stitched leather is hilarious. That it accents the stitching is hilarious twice. My Sara thinks it’s a darlin butter knife. Which tells ya everything. Ouch! What? You said it. What? “Butter knives don’t come with a sheath”. I rest my case. Ouch!3
I talk about it in a lot of videos and even show it, when sharpening if your stone hits the thicker part of plunge which is the taper of steel from blade thickness down to the grind of the bevel, your stone will hit that and make the edge suddenly smile up at heel of blade
Isn't strength the whole point of fixed blades? It looks super flimsy to me. Plus, if you beat on magnets too often (or not often, but very hard), they will lose their magnetic strength. Plus, they are very fragile and break very easily. Magnets are not great additions to pocket knives and fixed blades. Also thought this when I saw the Winter Blades knives. They might be cool and fidgety in the short run, but magnets are not made for hard use tools.
I don’t understand the need for that magnetic fixed blade. What’s the intended purpose for a fixed blade with suede scales? Suede shouldn’t ever get wet and wears extremely fast. No sheath as well. LT Wright looks better everyday.
That is one expensive steak knife and my god is that wrangler jeans looking material ugly. I love Damon and Kay but this one is a miss. No sheath because it goes in the kitchen drawer. Jesus even for a $20 Vosteed kitchen knife you get a sheath!
I am not a fan The kraken I don't think Magnets Are strong enough attachment To make it to where I will not lose the scales If you use using this knife In any real world Situation It's only good for keeping at home and cutting Small things Plus if you lose those scales its ugly af
You can always buy replacements, but the folding version hangs on strong enough that I can throw it and stick into wood. But everyone's use is different
Stoked that the BANG been back
I want a piratech folder so damn bad. I just picked up the fixed blade which is pretty awesome. The Alcantara suede inlays are so nice
I actually like that piratech fixed blade. Never thought I would say that about a fixy.
wow the sitivian st777 is a real beauty 🤩

the magnet-sticker "inlay" is hilarious - it's reminiscent of vulgar boat upholstery or something
Man, we get a knife video AND a shaving tutorial?! Thanks Jared!
$335 for a fixed blade knife without a sheath🤔
FffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffUK NO😂
Insanity 🤦
Made in Chynah.
Fixed blade prices are even more fucked than benchmade lol.
@@bigglock5478 I think Benchmade would even be ashamed of that price 🤣
Wouldn't be bad with a nice leather sheath.
I cant get behind urban edc and their prices

Missed the bang intro

As a leatherworker who has a passion for knives, I really wanted to make this happen. I’m unsurprised someone beat me to it.
Hey it's only just begun
The miguron looks a lot like the kitefin- one of the sliciest knives i own!
Very nice steak knife
To be honest, the Henson razors worked out very well for me, and no proprietary blades. I’m pretty sure they have a titanium version.
Sick nasty
Should've kept the fixie Kraken the same size and would be great as a pocket fixed blade or neck knife

Pt. 2 Good Vid. Those magnetic scales are dope. Always thought so. But those….Shhhh…Nevermind. What? SheO HereO…..
It is called a steak knife on their website, so you're not wrong I guess
Man, that sitivien blade shape looks extremely useful! Does anyone else know of some other knives with a similar blade shape?
I have the NeevesKnifeco Offender coming soon but it's not exactly the same, also the Keen ladder by civivi
What do you mean by “create a smile” ?
I talk about it in a lot of videos and even show it, when sharpening if your stone hits the thicker part of plunge which is the taper of steel from blade thickness down to the grind of the bevel, your stone will hit that and make the edge suddenly smile up at heel of blade
It's when you try not to laugh at how ridiculous the plunge grind is, so you just smile in pain trying to hold back the tears. ☹️😢
which company runs the highest hrc magnacut?
Hogue
When can we expect to see the video of the multitool pliers?
Soon
How much is the Titaner?
I'm not sure, I was having trouble getting the link, I think it was around 250
Come on WE... PLEASE bring back the WE NEFARIS in Flamed Ti Tiger Stripe
Why can’t I find a link for these except for the Urban EDC one. Trying to find the Sitevion one.
I don't think they can since it was limited without making some changes
#2 Man, have you met Cold Steel? Lol.
Piratech is calling that a steak knife, thats why it doesnt have a sheath.
pizza
😍
