What Makes 100 Calories? (Walmart Grocery Haul Edition)

Everybody tells us to "move more and eat less" to lose weight, but they never tell you how many calories are in the foods you eat. So what makes 100 calories? I decided to go to Walmart & weight the foods myself to see what really makes 100 calories for meat, vegetables, sweets, and more!
