"The 'Bolt Thrower'" sounds similar to the opening of "When Cannons Fade" by obviously Bolt Thrower, but I don't think it's an exact match and might be a few other songs.

From someone who doesn’t play guitar or isn’t that good at it then of course you wouldn’t understand what’s going on. That’s the beauty of Death Metal especially Tech Death. It’s called pushing the boundaries of playing and getting heavier and heavier.

Coming from someone who doesn’t play guitar or isn’t good at it of course wouldn’t understand what’s going on. Old Morbid Angel, There first album The Covenant is actually not hard to understand what’s going on. It’s actually there least technical album. Now if you were to say Formulas Fatal to the Flesh Album now that album is much more technical. Once you learn how to play guitar and start to realize what some of these Death Metal Bands are pulling off on guitar drums and bass is when you will really appreciate it. I’ve been playing Drums for 23 years and Guitar for 27 years and Death Metal Especially Tech Death Bands like

For some reason the "Rhythmic Nile" one towards the end is one of my favorite riffs ever. Something about the dissonance and the rhythm combined together is just brutal as hell. And the "Just Play Some Headbang Stuff, Dude" is hella cool too

When you started playing that third riff I thought it's gonna be 'When Satan Rules His World' by Deicide and "The ugly rhythm" is very similar to Cannibal Corpse's 'When Death Replaces Life' but I loved the whole video. Great job as always

Zephroxeon x WTF are you smoking? Slam is a style of Death Metal. in fact it's an off shoot of Brutal Death Metal. It's not a completely separate genre from Death Metal it's a subgenre of Death Metal.

Luckily it seems repairable. Just loosen the strings and bring it to someone that repairs them though it looks like you might just be able to fix it with some wood glue.
The local Luthier always has a few Gibson LP's, SG's and / or other set-neck guitars in for repairs. If it's a clean fracture then they just bond it with glue and sand it down. Sometimes refinished, sometimes as is.

Taking the guitar to a good luthier should solve your problem. I once saw a guy breaking the headstock of a 2000 euro Gibson SG and he got it fixed by taking it to someone who specialises in stuff like this.

Some wood glue and a few C-clamps will fix the Dean pronto. It won't make any difference to the tone.

@@koffieverslaafde627 Blah. Sorry, probably a language difference there. I'm high af right now. I couldn't tell if it was the neck that broke or just a string. If it was the neck, then gluing it back together won't make any difference to the tone. Wood makes no difference to the tone of an electric. It's the pickups and the amp that determine tone.
