    Great video @My Amazon Guy -- one quick question since it was a little confusing:
    "It's against TOS to sell the same products on multiple accounts" - does this refer to the same ASIN's or the same type of products? eg. selling a silicone spatula as Brand A and selling a silicone spatula as Brand B -- is against TOS? or are/can they considered "unique products" since each have its own branding etc.(or might differ in color or size)

    Thanks for the info! I'm taking over management for a product a friend of mine has created, patented, and trademarked. It's not on Amazon yet so I'll be taking care of all that. Should I be creating a Seller Central account for my friend and listing it under that or can I just add it as a brand under my Seller Central? The thing is that in a couple years he may take it over himself or transfer to another person to manage. Just want to keep it clean.

    • @MyAmazonGuy
      @MyAmazonGuy  Год назад

      You're welcome! If your friend has already trademarked the product, then it would be best to create a separate Seller Central account for them and list the product under that account. This would help ensure that their brand is properly protected and they have full ownership and control over their account and product listings.
      You could still manage the account on their behalf and be granted access as a user or administrator. This would allow you to help them with their Amazon sales while maintaining their brand identity and legal ownership.
      If your friend decides to transfer the account to someone else in the future, they can do so by granting them access as a user or administrator and then transferring ownership of the account when the time comes.

    Hello . I am a seller of a physical store of household appliance products and one of our suppliers did not give the exclusivity to market one of their products on Amazon. They already market other products but they want us to exclusively market that one because it is larger and our logistics network is better optimized. We have registered our brand name on Amazon (which is different from the supplier's brand) and we would like to know if we can create a listing with the brand attribute of our store so that customers go to our storefront directly. Can this be done without the listing being removed in the future? We don't want to waste time or effort. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Kind regards.

    Hi Steven I got a question. When you said that you can have different brands under the same brand store, I was wondering do those brands have to be enroll those different brands in Amazon brand registry? Someday I do plan on running my own Amazon storefront and I plan on selling action figures under different brands of my own and have one brand store front with all those different brands in the same store rather then having individual stores for those different brands. I got that idea because I bought figures branded My Little Pony in the past on Amazon Canada and the link said “vist the hasbro store” and they had a whole bunch of different brand like Playskool, Transformers, Hasbro gaming etc. That’s one example on I want to setup my brand store and I thought that was a neat idea to setup a brand store with multiple brands under one store when I start my business. Btw I’m from Canada I’d like your advice. Thanks.

    We are already selling body care products under a brand on Amazon Seller Central. We recently launched a new cosmetics brand, not as a separate entity, but as a brand attached to our main company. So this new brand does not have its own tax ID. How can we do to manage inventory and sales activity separately?
    Thank you !

    • @MyAmazonGuy
      @MyAmazonGuy  11 месяцев назад

      To manage inventory and sales activity separately for your new cosmetics brand without a separate tax ID, you can create a new brand store on Amazon Seller Central. This will allow you to have a separate storefront specifically dedicated to your cosmetics brand.
      To create a brand store, log in to Seller Central and confirm that the client name matches the task project. Then, select "Create Store" to begin work on a new store in the SC Store Builder. Within the Store Builder, use the Page Manager to create, name, and organize your pages. Make sure to add engaging graphics and use the Mobile and Desktop views to ensure good navigation.
      By setting up a separate brand store, you can manage inventory and sales activity separately for your cosmetics brand. This will provide a distinct presence for your brand and allow you to track performance metrics specific to your cosmetics products.

    Hi Stephen! Is there any information on this listed on the Amazon seller services site? I emailed them to inquire and they responded with the below making it seem like it actually isn’t allowed. Any idea?
    Query 1. For seller central accounts with multiple brand stores, is it within the guidelines to include a 'Brand A' Product within the 'Brand B' Storefront?
    Please know that a Seller can have multiples brands registered in his account. When a brand store is created, they can only advertise products that is related to the same brand and not from a different brand. The brand name on the ASINs that they want to add to the store should be exactly as the advertiser has it registered (even case sensitive, or special characters). For example, if the brand is registered as "MARC" in Brand Profile, the name should appear as "MARC" on the ASINs.
    As a result, they cannot advertise "Brand A" products in "Brand B" Store front.

    • @MyAmazonGuy
      @MyAmazonGuy  2 года назад

      There's some nuance here. You can't advertise for another product outside of your account. So technically they reference the Brand store could be in advertising standpoint. In reality we have dozens of accounts that we've put other branded products on just for community building purposes.

      Yes, you do need to trademark every single new brand you create under your one Seller Central account. Hi I have a question do you know if i get a bad review and 1 in one brand does it affect all the other brands in the same seller central account for amazon to sell

    • @MyAmazonGuy
      @MyAmazonGuy  9 месяцев назад

      No, a bad review for one brand or product in your Seller Central account does not directly affect all the other brands or products within the same account. Each brand and product is typically treated as a separate entity on Amazon.
      However, it's important to note that customer trust and reputation can have an indirect impact on your overall performance and sales. If customers have a negative experience with one brand or product, it may affect their perception of your overall seller account and potentially influence their decision to purchase from your other brands or products.
      Therefore, it is crucial to address and resolve any negative reviews or customer concerns promptly and professionally. By addressing customer objections and continuously improving your products based on customer feedback, you can help build a positive reputation and maintain customer trust across all your brands and products.

I can't do the business in that country because I am a student in that country. So after completion of my graduation for 3 years I want to restart my amazon business. So can I restart the amazon business after 3 years of stopping the business?

      Yes but you're going to want to have differentiation on the listing if possible to avoid Amazon throwing a fit

    Hello Steve!. Yesterday, I left you a comment but it looks like if you couldn't see it.
    Here is my situation:
    I would like your help to resolve a big problem with one of my competitors.
    The thing is that recently one of my competitors has launched a new product using an insert asking for 5 stars reviews and rewarding the customer with a $30 gift card.
    The insert doesn't have the brand name or anything that refers to the product. It just came into the box.
    How can I report this violation with amazon?
    I have seen all of your videos about this kind of problem, but there are not too specific on how to proceed with my problem.

      Thanks for being a member! Sorry I don't answer questions every day but I try to get to them when I can with priority to members. Any product insert that gives an incentive for reviews can be reported from both a seller and buyer account. It will take 10-20 complaints and they will get delisted. @@MyAmazonGuy It means that it would be very hard that amazon take action with that account. Because the customers would be happy to let them a 5 stars review to get $30 back
