I have made this 3 times so far and it’s the only pasta bolognaise recipe I will ever use. Delicious. And only 1 pot. No more waiting for water to boil to cook the pasta
Wow, I so love watching your vids - you make it look so easy. Already knew the trick about flushing out sauce bottles with stock/water to stop wastage but cooking the pasta in the same pot - now that is a stroke of genius [and it saves on washing up!]. Gonna try this.
I’m not a fan of the original bolognese sauce with milk and wine, I’ve always wanted a recipe with just meat, tomato sauce, and spices, thanks for sharing yours with me! I’ve made many of your recipes before and liked them all, so I’m sure this one will be a hit. This is what we’re having for dinner tonight for sure!
@@PhrostyGamingMost people commenting have liked the dish, so I’m not sure why you say disgusting? And, as far as I know, if they’re just making it for themselves/their families and not calling it ‘Authentic Italian' and trying to force it on Italians, then it shouldn’t matter if it uses slightly different ingredients.
@@lottomillionaire5772 "Good enough" for lazy folks, doesn't make the dish good. It's absolutely nasty, wet, more like a soup than bolognese. All good, you can enjoy your dog food. I will eat real food.
@@PhrostyGaming You come across as really combative about this, I don’t know why you’re taking it so personally, you can make your opinion known without being rude. Dog food? 'Lazy folks' & 'Real food' - Some people have very limited time to cook, for whatever reason, doesn’t mean they’re lazy. Also, it was made with real ingredients, doesn’t that make it real food? What pot is that you are cooking in? Is it good? My large corningware pot has hot spots & can stick.. what size is that pot & what is it made of? Thanks & what brand
I love all your recipes. Except the mushroom ones!! So easy and your videos are exact and to the point. No preamble. Carry on. I always find something to cook when I can't think of anything.

Ragu Bolognese, served with Spaghetti. Not even the trinity of vegetables is in the recipe. Why do you have to call a crime Bolognese? If I were Italian, I'd be getting pimples right now.
Fav part is rinsing that bottle clean with the stock. No wastage!

Thanks for your suggestion!
The original ragù alla bolognese has no milk at all. False information about Italian food are everywhere.
Original bolognese ragù Is without tomato too!
My fav. You glorious person. You have yet to disappoint me. Everytime i thought of something and google it you already have a video for it.

Nosso prato favorito! obrigada, Nagi. Um abraço de Regina e Luciana do Brasil.
Thks
Hey Nagi, can I substitute worcestershire for fish sauce?
Uh.....don't do that!
Soy sauce would probably work better
I have subbed with soy sauce and it tastes delicious.
She uses worcestershire in this recipe
Súper 👍🏻
Looks more like a thick beef soup with noodles.
It didn’t work and tasted like crap
Same

Yesssss
Hai preso a pugni la cucina e la tradizione italiana
❤🎉🎉🎉❤
This is goulash, not bolognese.
Italian herbs😂😂
What’s funny?
And the bolognese didn't do lime this

What??
And the Italians will be like 😤😤😡😡. Maybe an easy meal but that’s not the real recipe.
😂
Way too wet.. Disgusting. You need to let bolognese simmer for at least 5 hours to thicken and expand flavor....
After 5 hours, meat turns into 😢 leather beans
@@gigiromano4412345 What are you talking about, traditional Bolognese simmers for even longer, 24-36 hours even...
Too watery!!
Thats the laziest recipe ever except MW food..

So what?
I’m sorry.
