Great addition to what might perhaps be one of the most interesting sets Lego ever produced in terms of building technique. What's better than one Lion Knights set? Two Lion Knights sets!
I also love the idea of instructions... and this video is an amazing how-to effort. Maybe when your kids are older and building with their own Lego, you'll have time to make those instructions... of course, by then, you'll probably have other projects to show off, and so will everyone else. I speak from experience on this as a 50-year-old with over four decades of Lego building and recently diagnosed ADHD. 🤣
Hey I understand you do not have time to make instructions, but I would love just to see more lego videos if you have any other builds or anything. Great job!!
I’d love to see move videos of what else you’ve built, I personally also really like the gatehouse in the front and would be interested in a closer look at that and the underside where the bridge rests onto.
Totally understand that not everyone can bust out instructions for this type of thing. It is by far my favorite expansion, i watched the first video three times! I am so happy to hear you will be expanding it further, i love the courtyard and wish it was even bigger, what a great and realistic idea. One thought, if you're not creating instructions, you should go wild with your own pieces as well. there is no need to stick to the set if you have a good idea.
My cat recently come with idea to act as a dragon, and completely decimate my original castle. I had second set for speculation, but I think this will be better use.
No instructions is totally understandable lol. I can bet pretty much all of us who own this castle probably got a pretty busy work schedule to afford things like this. It’s an amazing addition and the follow up only further solidifies the fact that this is awesome
Great MOC and great video! It was cool to hear how you took designs from the original build and made them your own to get it all to come together. Your expansion adds a lot to the castle.
Thank you so much for making this! I really hope to attempt an expansion myself at some point in the future, but in the meanwhile its such a pleasure to get a detailed tour of the model. Hands down the best expansion to the castle that I’ve seen!
Very cool ! Tho How do you even have time to build that with 4 kids and a full time job? And when do you do the part time job then? Instead of sleeping?
you should start making instructions or hiring someone to make instructions for you on rebrickable! you can charge for instructions if you want, this is awesome!
Thanks. How much do you think I would make off rebrickable? Hiring someone? Lol. Very flattering, but it would probably sell 1 copy at $10 bucks or 10 copies at $1. It would probably take me more than 100 hours clumsily doing it in studio. Wish I could. Thanks again.
@@constantineconstantine2897 Yeah I get you but this is the best add on for lion castle out there and all parts is from second set what is even better. I think it will sell well in rebrickable. Maybe there is someone who just like making lego instructions for exposure and for free! I would pay $20 for instructions 100%! Sell 20 or so for that and secont set is for free for you ;) Just a thaught!
I definitely make no claim to be a Lego pro. First MOC of this scale. I don't have thousands of tiny drawers with 50k bricks of every color and size. Don't know if it's legal... But it's the same as the one on the 10305 castle.
@@constantineconstantine2897 no i mean't rebrickable modle, sorry for not being that clear And if they used the techniuqe in the original set i bet it's legal just as i said i wasn't sure. (I am truly sorry if I sound a bit mean, english isn't my first languege) -An amazed fan

On the Wizard tower / observation point the empty room you could place a potions book , and maybe a kettle pot piece. Great job on the expansion!
