    Make your own sweet & sour salad dressing
    3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp date syrup/ honey
    1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    Combined shake well add to your salad.

    I can't figure out which one I am.😂. I have broad shoulders (V) and seem to gain mostly on the upper body but I feel like my tummy is my trouble area (apple). But listening to your description on cravings, I must be hour glass. But the food prescription seems the same for each body type. This salad looks like something I would eat. I love all of those ingredients. However, I'm doing much better now eating more red meat.
