EQ: presence boost

Sadly the mic is just a little bit low on the gain. Try to use a different USB input, if you use USB. Otherwise use the mic in manual mode and crank up the gain to the max. Do you use it for recordings or in live applications? If you use it in recording just record low and boost the signal afterwards :)

@@floriangladis Hi I use it in USB I'll try another port. I use it both for recordings (audacity) and streams (obs).
I noticed something : when listening to the device through windows 10 it sounds loud and clear. Same when listening the play-back through the mic via a wired headphone.
It's like something is affecting the audio quality on softwares like audacity and obs. Do you have any idea that might help ?

If you want to record audio, you have to install extra software, for example, audacity.

If you have the Motiv app on your iPhone, you can record right in the app. It creates a library of audio, and even allows some clip editing.

How does it sound so clean? I get so much room noise / white noise with those settings :(

That is awkward! Maybe try the mic on a different USB port or even a different PC. If that doesn't fix the problem, maybe your mic isn't working probably and you should return it and get a new one! Hope I could help you :)
