    Great tutorial. Been searching for a grass modeling tutorial. Would like to see more of these with different types of grass, or trees.

    I'm not sure this works anymore the same way. I tried vertex paint my grass and after importing (FBX & I tried OBJ as well) the vertex colors are not added to unreal. When I look at the mesh in unreal and enable vertex color visualization, it is all white. Not sure if this is Blender FBX export error or UE inport error, the point is I don't think it's working anymore.
    Update: Never mind, I figured it out. It turns out that unreal import is dropping vertex information by default, you manually have to select "replace" when you import the mesh to unreal, otherwise it's not working.
