i have been doing calisthenics from the past 4 months. it's truly a life changer. it's not like going to the gym where you just put on muscle, it helps you in functional strength and mind body coordination

Every gym goer, who is serious abt building body or probably an amateur, does this so called home workout everywhere. But we often see calisthenics guys showing off their body in the streets nd come to gym nd do shit showing off again. He didnt adress this point.
