Add Zuc into chili. It absorbs the chili flavor and adds good nutrition, too.

Your zucchini looks so dry... how did you shred it? Mine is full of moisture...
Nobody mentions what size instant pot it is! I have a #3 it looks to small for this amount of food
You can use half the amount of ingredients.
I am using a 6 quart pot. You would need to halve the ingredients for the 3 quart pot.
