It is not the Liquor store's responsibility that another company allows them to park there, then it becomes negative evidence, people are stupid, it's as simple as that.

People ought to start leaving reviews of that hotel that they are deceptive about the parking. Maybe they would then buy the extra parking lot for their guests.
My bet is that "granny" knew her grandson was not dependable. She should have had it hauled to her home or his. I am 80 years old and I know which family member is dependable. I don't like using my age as a crutch because I still have a brain.

Maybe if folks record the conversation at check-in when asking about parking, that misinformation stops after a few Westgate refunds. However, with all the signs that were around their vehicle at that space, one might think twice about parking there or at least inquire at liquor store. I have to laugh at these idiots who think that they are above the law. Being a Disabled Veteran I even leave these open unless I am having a real bad day. I will still give the spot to a person in a wheelchair as I can still get around without one.
The last couple seemed nice, but it's the same old mantra. They didn't seem busy so....I'll bet that if someone parked in their driveway because they weren't using it and blocked them from using it, they wouldn't find that as acceptable.

Liquor store needs to have a conversation with Westgate to make it crystal clear "Do not park at the liquor store". Pretty simple.

The hotels do. Westgate is more than a hotel, it’s a water park too, so they apparently end up with more people than parking.
