Introverts often require more time alone to recharge and process their thoughts and emotions. This means that they may feel overwhelmed by social interaction and require more downtime to rest and rejuvenate. Sleep is crucial for introverts to fully detach from the demands of the outside world and restore their mental and emotional energy. It allows them to reset and prepare for the next day, where they may need to navigate social situations and interactions once again. In this way, sleep is not just a physical necessity for introverts, but also a vital tool for maintaining their mental and emotional well-being.

As for the sleeping bit...its a bit odd to even bring it up. To be fair - no one should fault Cillian Murphy for needing his sleep! The body requires a certain amount to function normally. He already put a lot of stress on his body with losing so much weight for Oppenheimer. So he definitely needs the sleep! I came away with a lovely impression of Cillian and his very charming life as well!

@@hip360hop- Uh, a good hour of strenuous exercise will negate all that. People who don't exercise certainly don't need to sleep 12 hours, but if you are very active in the 12 you're awake, what would it matter? THANK YOU Cillian for saying this. So many people are acting like you don't need to sleep. If I don't sleep properly I just feel dead inside and am unable to work properly.
It's not the hours in the day it's how you use those hours. I MUST get enough sleep otherwise I get nothing done, the day is crap, I made bad food decisions. I love worse. Nothing comes out of losing sleep. Don't believe the Robbins, Gary Vee gurus. They just say they don't sleep to sound better than you.
While there may be individuals who claim to thrive on minimal sleep, it is important to prioritize your own well-being and listen to your body's needs. Adequate sleep is crucial for overall health, productivity, and decision-making. It is not worth sacrificing sleep just to appear more successful or productive. Trust in your own instincts and take care of yourself first and foremost.

Cillian truly is a talented and versatile actor. His dedication to his craft and ability to completely embody each character he portrays is truly impressive. I have no doubt that he will continue to deliver outstanding performances for many years to come. His Oscar win was well-deserved and I can't wait to see what he does next. ❤❤
, especially for those who work long hours or have busy schedules. It can be difficult to find the time to prioritize sleep when there are so many other demands on our time and energy. However, getting enough rest is crucial for both physical and mental health, so it is important to make sleep a priority whenever possible. It may require making adjustments to our routines or schedules, but investing in quality sleep can have a significant impact on our overall well-being. Remember, sleep is not a luxury - it is a necessity.

@@hip360hop sleeping longer than 8 hours causes depression
@@hip360hop- Uh, a good hour of strenuous exercise will negate all that. People who don't exercise certainly don't need to sleep 12 hours, but if you are very active in the 12 you're awake, what would it matter? Some people are awake 18 hours a day and don't do much of anything in the way of exercise.
@@TopBillinSports I exercise regularly and don't need 12 hours of sleep lmfao
He’s so humble and real🫶
A man after my own heart
Yeah I used to neglect my sleep but now I nurture it.
Just went on a guys ski trip for 5 days 4 nights. I was in bed by 10pm everynight. My friends stayed up drinking and dragging the next day. I love sleep at 57 years old.
Watching this before sleeping

I swear he has one of the most beautiful faces I have ever seen
I will always love how real Cillian is. That is also so relatable when you are really just trying to concentrate on work that you love and sometimes there isn't much room for anything else.
That's it! He's an actor, not a movie star . True to the art in everyway. Dedicated to bring the best of himself to the part, character He's portraying. Love his work ethics ,his devotion to his private life.
"I love sleeping, and I need sleep."
Most relateable quote ever
Cillian Murphy I am truly your biggest fan You are always the best I love you so much I wish you success always❤️
Introvert get energy from time alone.

THANK YOU Cillian for saying this. So many people are acting like you don't need to sleep. If I don't sleep properly I just feel dead inside and am unable to work properly.
This man is too relatable 😂🤣
Top notch journalism right here, folks. Breaking: "Man needs sleep"
🇮🇪 we love you Cillian 🇮🇪
My mans said I ain’t hangin wit Matt Damon over sleep 😂
Velly Intahwesting thanks! Gotta admire his committment!

"No one ever died while taking a nap!"
Spoken like a true poet.
If he’s not sleeping then he rolling his eyes at interviewers 😂😂😂
GAY
as a sleeper I agree
I love this guy.
Me too, I need sleep more than ever. I love it.
I admire him so much, he is such a private person, not to mention so talented.
That lools like he's still playing a part to a movie, without being in a movie. XP

The Irish accent gives off a humble impression it seems
Watching this before bed as motivation 😌
He has become one of my favorite actors in the last year. He was so good in Oppenheimer and was amazing in peaky blinders. Also finally saw dunkirk and he was great in that too. Such a good actor
I agree, he is a very talented actor. I also loved his performances in Inception and Mad Max: Fury Road. He really knows how to embody his characters and always delivers a fantastic performance. I can't wait to see what he does next.
He’s my spirit animal ❤
Así es, lo más importante es dormir bien es el principal reparador de la vida. Los que viven sin dormir, se les va apagando la vida y la salud.
We STAN a relatable KING👑
He is the most...real person i ever seen... crystal face
2am and have to be up at 7 for work. I guess I’ll take this as a sign to go to sleep 😅
Brilliant and Handsome ❤
Wow, a man loves sleeping. That's amazing.
Sleep rocks. Love it.
Cillian became one of my favorite actors decades ago. He is so convincing in every role that he plays. I believe that he's going to have that 'Anthony Hopkins' type of longevity in his career as long as he remains healthy. So proud of his Oscar win. ❤❤
Cillian truly is a talented and versatile actor. His dedication to his craft and ability to completely embody each character he portrays is truly impressive. I have no doubt that he will continue to deliver outstanding performances for many years to come. His Oscar win was well-deserved and I can't wait to see what he does next. ❤❤
Same here!
I love sleeping. I always have needed a lot. 👍
Such a great actor. This man is committed to his craft. It shows with every performance.
TERRANCE OUT
God bless u and ur family. Lots of love from Zimbabwe x x.
This is my response whenever someone tells me they only need 4-5 hours of sleep.
How can someone sleep three hours at night like Trump says he does ? It’s just not normal ! How can your body revitalize itself with so little sleep ?
@@cathyleatherman3097 I can never sleep more than 6 hours a day. My body kicks me awake if I sleep longer than that

Sleep is a luxury for many
, especially for those who work long hours or have busy schedules.
Same, sleeping is great
A man dedicated to his craft
I totally get you Cillian. People just have different needs. You gotta do what you gotta do.
