Looks good Dave. I was trying to see if I could make poached eggs. 2 of the 3 turned out ok. Only wanted 2 but one of them got to cooked for me so I fixed another. I'm going to probably fix that soup tonight. I'll let you know how it goes. Oh I finally have Great news for a change. My Son and his girlfriend/fiance got engaged yesterday. 🎉 It's still snowing!

Dave, do I really need to answer this , lol, yes on us & I reckon( hillbilly word) double or triple yes on the girls, keep your stick on the ice pal & thanks for the info that my post came through ok , BTW I am going to boil my rice in beef stock & also use it in the pan ( not broth) if you have never used the brand " better than bouillon" you will never use broth again & it is a paste in appx. 8 ounce jar that you spoon out & add water & taste is like stock & the 3 most most popular flavors are , beef, roasted chicken,& ham , but they have appx. 12 flavors & if your grocer does not stock the product you can order online from Amazon or ebay , also I think we we will have some buttered hominy on the side with s & p, haven't had that it a while
No, there isn't any need at all, Steve. LOL. I though of you guys while I was making it. Great idea about the rice in beef stock. How do you come up with them? Love it. Once again thanks for the tip. @TheCooknShare Dave, thank you on the Red Green info, you are welcome on the tip & I experiment a lot with cooking so that is where I come up with them. My wife calls them delicious concoctions, lol, they do not all turn out good, I have had some failures & said to myself, bad idea , lol
