This recipe is fantastic! I made it last night for my family of 5. They loved it! I had other recipes for Beef and Broccoli, but this one is the best. The beef is SO tender (I used top round steak which can be tough if not cooked properly). I put the steak in the freezer for a little while which made it easier to slice; as well as used a sharp knife. The broccoli was tender yet crunchy at the same time. I don't like raw, hard broccoli in a cooked dish. I've deleted my other beef and broccoli recipes and kept this one because it tastes authentic! Thank you for sharing!
