In fact, when he was arrested for shooting a woman last year, he was given a $10,000 bond which was why he was out in the first place. The courts in Illinois implemented a reform law, and did away with the cash bail system. Most charged with felonies, including second-degree murder, aggravated battery & arson, are released without bail. The Governor signed a bill for mandatory supervised release last year. This means, a person can commit murder and still be roaming the streets; great system Illinois, how's that working out for you in Chicago?
Secondly, and I'm not to say one political side is greater than another, but suspiciously, democratic controlled districts are the ones with the highest crime rates - the states with the strictest firearms regulations, Illinois being at the top of that list. However, that's overlooked. Not discussed. Nobody cares.
Then, the murders continue, and people complain about it as if they didn't know.

Clearly a disturbed and angry dude. If he lost his temper and killed a family member, it would make sense why he killed the rest of them, given the gravity of it. I also blame the judges for allowing this man to walk free before he did all of this and they knew he had a lengthy and dangerous criminal history that should've put his ass behind bars a long time ago... but NOOO. Nance was previously involved in incidents such as firing at a woman in a car and later breaking the glass of his cell door, resulting in charges of aggravated battery, recklessly firing a weapon, criminal damage to government property, and battery. Those are criminal chagres that he had before and they still let his ass free even tho he was doing this for fun and you could clearly see a pattern that he was gonna keep doing this for as long as he lives. This is the judges and the DA's fault for allowing a monster to go out of the street despite his serious crimes that he committed that should've landed his ass behind bars for years. This is what happens when you as a DA or Judge is so soft on criminals that they will do the same thing over and over again and wont hesitate to kill you.
