A public servant cannot be sacked for gross incompetence. Aontu can bluster all they want but until you can dismiss a public servant as part of their contract then you are just wasting our time. No public sector union will allow this. Tóibín knows this, the public know this as do all public servants.

It’s simple if you want a section to grow you relax the red tape in that sector building, nursing home’s & crèche”s all over regularised. Second we need actual accountability by ministers for projects or departments they over see, major fuck ups in the private sector means you lose your job, this would also put an end to the likes of Stone being awarded contracts for his election contributions 👍
