OMG right??? Hope no one packs up and heads out to “blooming Worcester” lol lol!! Bring mucho grande money for the rest that no one can afford Seriously.
@@Luna007 lol I was born and raised in Worcester. Lived there for 38 years. I moved to Houston Texas! A city of 7 million people and it’s much cheaper than Worcester. I paid $200,000 for my house in July. It’s 1400 square feet. My sister just bought a house in Worcester at 900 square feet and she paid $320,000 for hers. Thanks but no thanks lol. Im actually heading back up there tomorrow for vacation and I’m intrigued on what has changed in almost 4 years.
Isn't that where the mental hospital used to be? I grew up in Cambridge and I remember always hearing about it on the news. There was one in Danvers too that they even made a movie about.

As a bay stater, all of these are wrong. Newton is by far the nicest out of these and even it is ridiculously expensive as well as crowded with traffic. None of these cities I would find to be worth living in.
hello, i'm Jorge, a pilot from Lima peru, working with LATAM airline. i came across your page here through the utube suggestion for me so i thought to write to you. where are you from? Write me when you can and do have a nice day and may God bless you.
Dear speaker. The R is silent. I know I know. Massachusetts folks never pronounce R. But Worcester is one of the words where the R actually isn’t pronounced. 😊
People not from MA always mispronounce Worcester. This was definitely promoting only the Boston area. There are so many other wonderful places in the state. As usual the western region is always ignored.
AAARGH!!! Foo-nile-hall? Really? And it's pronounced Woosta, without the "r". I lived in Tax-achusetts for 25 years and moved out because the climate is nasty and the cost of housing is breathtakingly high. If you want to live in New England my best suggestion is southern New Hampshire.
I stopped the video after you mispronounced Worcester and showed the attractions and photos of the British town of Worcester. You clearly haven't been here and haven't done enough to actually do any research about this place. Thumbs down
I cannot believe that the narrator pronounced "Worcester" as "Werster." This doesn't do much for the credibility of the video. And "Foo-nail" Hall? Is she kidding? This is what happens when you have an ignorant announcer reading from a script, without proper preparation. It's really annoying.
Of all place to pick they pick Worcester early 2000 I used to hang out at Worcester I used to go to the night clubs downtown and the concert but now there's nothing in Worcester it's a lot of drug addicts there
@@michellevilbrun3404 I remember it from the 1970s and 1980s as being a no-frills working class town. I guess the residents are highly dispirited and dependent on opioids. If that's the case, how sad!
She basically just named what ppl who Google this topic get all the top places to live in MA lol and saying Boston it’s the really narrowing it down. Each neighborhood in the city is completely different than the next. Southie and the South End are adjacent to each other but very different.
🤣 What a disaster of a video. From the many mispronunciations to the clips of Worcester England (including clearly English rugby clip), I have never seen such a lazy and lame attempt at information. And that is not even mentioning the list itself, which I can only imagine was developed based on available clips.
no idea how worcester got on this list. plenty of other places that rank higher. you want to talk about good neighborhoods and history, replace #5 with lexington
I don't know when they recorded that video but Worcester no I grew up in Framingham Framingham should have been in there Shrewsbury Milford Walpole foxboro Worcester no
The Massachusetts miracle was because of Ronald Ragan had very little to do with anything Massachusetts did. Mostly military weapons still today built here.
The editing of this video is god awful! The first few videos showing Worcester were from the English Worcester 😭 the info is awesome but those first pictures were really inaccurate
Ok, i call BS: Boston, Cambridge and Brookline are not a place you want to live in. unless you like high crime and a water bill that will knock your socks off. let's also add driving, and parking are a nightmare.
Fu-nail hall? Really? Wurr-stir? Come on, if you are going to have someone narrate the piece, at least have them research how to pronounce the place names.
This is absolute GARBAGE! It is crazy that they use ENGLISH city pictures for Worcester MA! Never mind pronouncing Worcester incorrectly, I cannot even finish watching it! Who wastes their time and ours making stupid videos
@@jennya.3995 depends on how much money you have lol but Rehoboth, Mansfield, Wellesley, Sandwich, there’s many great towns, just this list doesn’t have them lol
As a 65+ year resident of Boston, all the best places to live in Taxachusetts: the gay state are any where you can afford. Boston duels with San Francisco as the most expensive city in the United States.
Love how she showed the English town Worcester for the American Worcester
Dead giveaway that she’s never lived in MA 😆
Well, England is still the original (while Massachusetts has done its best to copy England).
Hahaha Worster, trust me that town sucks and those pics aren’t it!!!
She says it wrong as well
She pronounced Faneuil Hall as "Fu-nail Hall".
This is clearly not produced by anybody whom has ever lived in MA!

I hope you brought your checkbook if you plan on moving to Brookline, Cambridge or Newton lol
My oh my you chose the most expensive and traffics congested areas.
I wish I had seen this video before I moved to Brookline 40 years ago. I would have been less depressed about it.
So so beautiful 💙 place and very nice 🧡 description
Had to stop when they said Wercester 😂
Same!
Why? Was it the pronunciation? What was funny about it because I would pronounce it the same way based on how it is written there
