  • Vegan dinner party coming up? Make this Vegan Carpaccio and get ready to blow some minds.
    Here's what you'll need:
    3 red bell peppers
    Olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2.5 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1-2 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 cup pistachios
    Salt, to taste
    Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Finely sliced chili pepper, for garnish
    Instructions:
    For the Charred Peppers:
Preheat your broiler, then rub the peppers with a bit of olive oil.
Place the peppers on a baking sheet and broil them until the skin is charred, turning occasionally to ensure even charring.
Once charred, remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Peel off the charred skin, remove the seeds, and cut the peppers into thin strips.
    For the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and sesame oil until well combined.
Place the charred pepper strips in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
Let the peppers marinate at room temperature for about an hour.
While the peppers marinate, toast the cumin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add the pistachios to the skillet and continue toasting for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and crush them together with a pinch of salt.
    Plate the marinated charred peppers.
Sprinkle the cumin crunch mixture over the peppers.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and finely sliced chili pepper for an extra kick.
    Serve with warm tortillas!
    ENJOY!!!

Hey I'm an early algorithm new viewer. I just want to give you some feedback since I think your recipe looks amazing. I couldn't finish this video. I just skimmed to all the ingredients and looked at the final product. I think your style is good for Tik Tok, but I'm not sure that it works well for a longer format video. I felt like you were trying to crack a joke literally every single second of the video and it got in the way of enjoying the awesome looking food and recipe you've created.
Even between the jokes, the editing is aggressive and unnecessary which made me feel uncomfortable the entire time that I was watching. Sometimes it's okay to just let pouring oil be pouring oil. I'll probably click again if your vids pop up in the future but for now I don't think I can enjoy this content in the longform. Best of luck to you!
