Thanks @electrinis for the formula.
This is ready to paste into the program. Just need to create those letters as global variables and assign any value.
I would recommend to use T1 = pi instead 2*pi and then mirror the result to avoid any errors.
X= ("R"*cos(t))-("Rr"*cos(t+arctan(sin((1-"N")*t)/(("R"/("E"*"N"))-cos((1-"N")*t)))))-("E"*cos("N"*t))
Y = (-"R"*sin(t))+("Rr"*sin(t+arctan(sin((1-"N")*t)/(("R"/("E"*"N"))-cos((1-"N")*t)))))+("E"*sin("N"*t))
R = Radius of circle of pins
Rr = Radius of pins
N = number of pins
E= eccentricity of input chaft
t0 = 0
t1 = 2*pi
he 3d print it any way xD
thanks a lot for putting the equations my man it really helped
How the equation does work ? I would like to know because I have to draw that with an others occurences number and other dimensions... Have you a link ? or a video ?
Too bad you don't explain where you got those magical mystical constants you used in your equations.
For that reason, you'll get an incomplete grade.
You're a legend. Your skills are massively impressive. Thanks. I'll probably get a better job because of you.
If it was only the one gear, wouldn't this just cause a ridiculous amount of vibration? I thought you would have to have two central gears that are offset by 180* in order to stop the mechanical oscillation from the weight of the gear spinning just off the center of the shaft.
What
are these five millimeter holes from 13:05 for? Are they necessary to avoid stress in the material?
It was very successful.
How does the formula (50.417 + 4.583) come?
X = (R * cos (t)) - (Rr * cos (t + arctan (sin ((1-N) * t) / ((R / EN) -cos) ((1-N) * t))) )) - (E * cos (n * t))
What is its connection with this formula.

Я сколько не делаю, сопряжения в анимации все выставляю верно, 2 - кулачки, 1 - мотор --- но у меня всё время после расчётов с базовым или сборочным движением - cycloidal disk не катится по pins, а дёргается и пересекает их
I have to say I'm a bit bummed there isn't a voice over talking about what they're doing.
sir, do you think for a bit before you post such useless comment__? a minimum reply is .. you want also voice and extra work and you are not even a subscriber_? that's why!
2-we have hundreds of tutorials, so we cant be a radio.
3-we are working for free... and you have to be thankful for such unique contents which educated millions!!
@@Sw-tcNet A voiceover doesn't need to be scripted or complicated, just use a gaming headset and narrate what you're doing as you do it. But, after a response like that, this will be the last of your videos I watch and certainly won't be subscribing now. I hope you treat your subscribers better than your prospective ones.
why the gear did not fit the roller, I copyed your settings and checked twice.
Спасибо! Круто!
Why you do offset 8mm for cycloid?
отличный вопрос! этого никто и нигде не объясняет

Thanks man, i did all the excersie but, when i did the Motion study, it didn't move like you, what is the problem?
how did you formulate the term (50.417 + 4.583) in the equation? someone please educate me
HA..You have to do lots of study in youtube ...You will find how to get the 50.417..4.583
R1+R2=55...R1/R2=9
Good one.
let me know how the cycloidal curve equation works let explain, i want to do my own parameters
very good.
would you mind pleas explain the parameters of equation?
I want draw a Cycloidal gear with 1:20 ratio
when I make the cycloidal gear with 1:20 ratio it would not has some nice valley what can i do ?
Hi
Thanks for the video. Can you pleas share the ratio calculation of these gearbox?
Also let me know the torque and power calculation for the same.
How can I find this program ?
Drawing the cycloidal curve with the equation driven curves, I wonder why don't you get a error notification, when you set the parameters from 0 to 1, how did you made it? The last tiny gap
I've got it! I set the t2 to 0.5 and mirrored the half cycloidal curve. worked well.
Where is the explanation of equations?
Great Tutorial. What exactly is the term "3.000" in the equation, what does it change?
eccentricity
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
TALK PLEASE
how did you made the equation's calculations
