It's so interesting in your culture you choose to tell people about your diet and that people are more supportive and will help keep you accountable. Here in America we keep our dieting to ourselves because people (especially family and friends) try to tell you that you don't need to lose weight. ☹️
it feels like in more western culture its more polite to "reassure" the person they dont need to lose weight instead of supporting them and respecting their own decision to lose weight in korean culture
My Arab mom tells me to stop eating too much when I gain weight But she doesn't tell me or force me to diet But I think it's fine to advice others just not in a rude way or not with forcing them

Hi as an infp i don't buy delivery foods and because i'm so lazy i dont cook and in this way i dont have lunch or dinner and i have to eat apple/banana/oatmeal/....instead of dinner or lunch😅
You could remeasure. However, this is common among losing weight; it’s called the plateau. You have to continuously adjust your diet, because you’re body is changing. The amount of calories necessary to lose weight before no longer applies to you because you weigh differently now. It is also good to check your mentality with it. Whenever I am surprised by the scale that I’d lost 10 pounds in a few months, I never saw/felt it, because I always had this image that I was bigger. Don’t be too critical of yourself! 💜
You could have lost water weight only and/or muscles if you were on a restrictive diet and overtrained. Maybe you were stressed or didn't sleep enough. They all can be reasons you lost weight but can't see a significant change. You should aim to lose fat not weight.

Some people may have more muscle naturally than average. Muscle makes you look leaner and slimmer at higher weights. I’m 5’5 119 and I have a lot of muscle naturally like I don’t do anything and I was shocked when I looked at my body scan. My bestfriend is 5’5 and 116 but looks heavier than me because she naturally has less muscle and more body fat. If you are confused because of different metrics 119 is 54 kg and 116 is 52 kg
