@@brindha6008 Healthy food CAN be high in calories. But I am concerned for her, and all the heathy to underweight young women who feel the pressure to restrict calories to become more underweight. The salad is about 600kcal, the detox juice around 200, soup tends to be up to 100. For the first day it looks like she probably only ate 900kcal. And let's be honest, all members of kpop groups were regularly weighed during training so that they stay underweight. The lowest BMI an adult female is meant to have is 18.5 because being underweight can lead to fatigue, fainting, heart problems, nutrient deficiencies, hair loss, irritable mood, lanugo, etc. For example Blackpink's Lisa was weighed on camera and had a BMI of 16.3. It's awful for kpop to promote these lifestyles to young women, we 👏 all 👏deserve 👏 better 👏. No body shape feels as good as being physically and mentally healthy

This whole kpop thing is cool and all for the people watching and the fans but for the idols I feel really bad for them and they are starving themselves to get a "perfect body". I hope some day this whole thing would stop and just let everyone be themselves without others shaming them.

Well i think the white part is okay because its protein and if you eat to musch protein your body gonna throw it but the yellow part is no no its become fat i think 🤔
@@kiomint9777 yeah egg whites mostly consist of protein and yolks carry the fats, cholesterol, fatty acids and all the vitamins. whites are just.... there cause smth needs to be there. the true nutritional value comes from yolks c: still, eggs are so delicious it makes u wonder how many a day is normal/ still okay 😭😭😭😂
