I totally agree. This helps put what we're doing in perspective. It is hard to watch our kids suffer and it's physically exhausting. But God has a plan and if we can share that with Him and trust that He really does love us and He loves our kids even more than we do, we gain more strength to continue this journey. Oh my word! I don't even know where to start. I'm so grateful to have found your channel. One of the first videos that I ever saw from you was a garden devotional. It was encouraging people like me who have a vision and desire to homestead, but are no where close to getting one. To hear you talk about your homesteading dreams and your love of God really resonated with me. I have been a subscriber ever since that garden devotional! This devotional was once again right on time and on point for me. Thank you so much for your continued obedience to God. Please don't ever stop posting these devotionals. Ministry outside of the box is exactly what we all need. Real relationship over religion. I too have been in ministry within the church building. I cried when God told me it was time to stop and that He was moving me on to something else. I felt like I was giving up and abandoning my church. God reassured me that it was His will that I leave and that He could use me to build His church from wherever He placed me. This year I've finally stepped out in faith (and obedience). God has led me to begin my very own journey in ministry through RUclips and it's been the scariest thing. It has been such a hard road for me. Being obedient is not always comfortable. There's been alot of loss in my life these last couple of years. But it's true what you said...some of the hardest times in my life have revealed the greatest breakthroughs. Oh, Jess-I believe God IS using you in ministry, its just not what we "normally" call ministry. In the end, what is ministry? You will never know what seeds you have planted (outside of your family) that have germinated and developed fruit. Having said that, in this season your family IS your ministry and our heavenly father is using that (as you so eloquently said) to his purposes. The balance of what He needs that to look like will change in our lives but He will bring those opportunities into your life. You know all this, so rest in His direction. Thank you for your ministry. BTW, I lost my Dad March, 2018 and I can see how God is using that loss for his kingdom. My best take away? Every day, I need to start my day by asking God how he wants me to spend my day. The harder part is setting aside the time to listen, hear and act on that. Blessings on you and your family.

Hello friend, long time listener and first time caller... I wanted you to know some things that you have pointed out to me as someone in "classroom" phase of homesteading (that being the first thing, the classroom phase and allowing me to be comfortable in my present and not plan too far ahead and know that I am doing what I can for now)... I am an atheist and have love for those who have faith, I am jealous of those whom have a spiritual relationship. I am as stubborn as they come and frankly, when you say bless you at the end of video and now watching your devotional (I know the basics, I am a recovering Catholic and therefor very standoffish when it comes to the big G and my idea and my defense mechanism of absolutes) Ok, back on track and I am trying hard to relate because you are the first woman to speak to my soul in a way it understands. you do it through seed selection and strangely enough through the complex that is my idea of a higher power (which I have always discounted as weak, which is terribly unfair) and how to define it for me or to recognize that a higher power exists if I like it or not! As stubborn as I am I am finding that I need something outside of me, that my three dimensional being requires I consider the idea that my limited experience allow a higher power to flourish. I know why I see you, you are smart and funny and real... I can relate and you have gained my trust on the gardening front and your mistakes along the way... I can listen to you, most I dismiss, but you, I listen to! But I have such a hard time with the God in my life. I am trying to be open to opening this idea of a God into my life and I have been listening to you, and thank you for taking me to a place I never thought I would go... You are an amazing woman and I see and respect you, you have an amazing way to communicate to others and congratulations for making this happen through hard work and faith. (very strange for me to say) I am in awe and just wanted to thank you for you being you. Keep it up girl! I have the vision and the need for worship, that's so hard for me, but I will try... I wish more so-called Christen homesteaders would so Christ first in their you Tube like you do... I had to un-sub a few because I seen God working miracles in the lives and they never once voiced it on their channel that it was God working everything out to get them to where they are. It just broke my heart seeing God not receiving the glory HE is so worthy of... I love how open you kids are to give God all the glory and praise in and through everything... Thank you Jess. This is just what i needed to hear. My precious Daughter Linda died on March 28 2014. she was the picture of what a christian should be. Kind loving and forgiving with a strength in the Lord like i have never seen in anyone. Every where she went she witnessed. She was born with a disease that crippled her for life. Her Birthday is valentines day. I have been plagued with Heartache sadness and illness every since she died. I had a heart attack cancer and many surgery's scene her death. Now i face with possible breast cancer. My dreams have shattered. But in the mix I have felt GODS loving arms around me. In every case he has protected me from evil. True I wont ever get to have a real homestead with Linda working side by side as she did here. But in heaven we will run when she couldn't here and what ever is in store for us God will always have my back.

God has created us to worship him we worship him in many many ways is the key is to have those pearls that everybody would like to have but we're not supposed to just go out and give them all to everybody that passes by. We have to wait until one comes up and ask when they ask you give them that Pearl freely it comes freely it will go you'll know when to give there's seasons in life like in Ecclesiasticus and you have experienced some of those seasons but the most important season that he has created in US is the heart of worship I see that in you and that is why God has draw me to you. I grew tired of the systematic worship in church because it didnt feel like worship. It felt like designated karaoke before we listened to a sermon. I was so discouraged in worship for a long time. But as you said in a previous devotional, I learned to tell my soul "Bless the Lord!" and the difference it has made to take that time to give Him the recognition and glory through every single situation has been nothing short of life changing. God wants a relationship with ME, not who my parents, the church, whoever expects of me to be. I've never sang through my dark times and it took me down a path of extreme self destruction. But our blessed Father brought me out of that and breathed a new life within me. Your ministry on this platform is watering the garden of the kingdom of God. Love and blessings 💚
Good morning Jess. Haven't slept in 3 days. English speaking FB it seemed like every single thing you said you were talking about me. I felt it. Pierce me so deep down inside me. I have been stuck in morning my son.. how did God do it christian break do you eat it's been two and a half years since he went home to be with the Lord. And I have never hurt so bad in my life. As you receive I was laying here remembering back to when I first accepted the Lord cover as a small child coming in a Baptist Vacation Bible School. I don't think I really understood it or do it at the time what it really what is about. My family didn't go to church. So we weren't exposed to it very much. But when I was a teenager it Happy Valley Assembly of God I accepted the Lord did to my heart in my life when I got married thought I was marrying the man of my dreams. See he was raised being forced to go to church forced to have all these doctrines, that they believed in. I don't do too good when it comes to wrestling snakes LOL. It was just about that bad. I could totally understand why my husband did not want to go. I remember after we were married I remember after we were married for about a year, and I asked him if he wanted to go to church. We only had what vehicle but he wasn't about to let me leave with it even if he did not want to go to church he pretty much made it impossible for me to go. so I learned to pray in silence, and I learn to pray alone. ever since this happened I pulled away from God. this wasn't the life I was not supposed to have an abusive husband who cheated constantly. I was supposed to have a faithful husband Who Loved me and would never lay a hand on me except in a loving way. I was married for 8 years too long it had three beautiful children with him. I do I was never supposed to give up on my marriage but at that point in the early 80s I was afraid I was going to die. living in Virginia at the largest navy sea port on the East Coast.. 6 years the abuse it is fidelity oh, I made the decision to leave with my children. it seems more like a love-hate relationship he loved to hate me. after a severe beating we were gone. I don't know what they call it that they say for some reason the woman always will go back to her abuser at least once. two years after we separated right after our divorce we decided to get back together. it was what year worse than what I had been getting before. I finally had to make the decision to leave or I thought I was going to die. that was back in 1995. I've been seagull ever since. I mean I never remarried I did it debit three relationships for very short time each since then. Whatever broke into my home it helped me and my son hostage. almost killed my son, he was suffocating him after he had broken my neck. he went to prison for what he did. and there it was left to deal with it. I got no support not even from the state, surrounding me and my son having to testify. did my oldest son was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and we lost him June 5th 2016. it even though I had never let anybody to the Lord before my son asked me if I would lead him to the Lord it'd be a good mother I wanted to make sure he got the right Pursuit so that he would make it into heaven it that way he would see me again someday to see him again. my first thought was that I wanted to get somebody who knew what they were doing. It did I realized the sadness that came into his eyes and it hit me, that it was up to me. so I let him to the Lord the way that I was led to the Lord John 3:16 and the shortest verse in the Bible, " I AM" , he passed away three days later in my arms. I can't imagine what Mary felt when she lost her son. I held myself together the first couple of days and I was shocked and I couldn't do anything I couldn't process life. and it had been a downhill battle leopard seal spray give this last year 2018 I may have told you about this a long time ago back when you first started your RUclips channel. I got hung up on every word that you said. and boy did I feel conviction. I watched when I was really feeling down because you gave me hope. Each of these devotionals I take as you are talkin directly to me did you wouldn't believe how so much of what you have said over this last year fits me to a T. I even backed off watching your Channel for about a month cuz I felt like knew that my heart was not right. it is the conviction said it again here we are this morning. I am going to follow exactly what you said, is something I have a hard time with the listening part. I really surprised I've been able to leave this comment. it's my truth it's where I am and I don't want to be there anymore. you have no idea or maybe you do with almost a hundred thousand subscribers wow you were right you had 1400 I remember I remember you being so excited that so many people we're watching you And your family. thank you Jess for this video oh, it's just what I needed. I don't know if you remember the commercial for a drink called V8. It in the commercial the person smacks himself in the head and says, I should have had a V-8 that's the only thing I could think of was that commercial. and then I just started weeping so deep inside. I cried for probably 30 minutes after I finished watching the video or the entire video and afterwards. I haven't prayed like that in a long time. Please keep me in your prayers as I will be watching your videos again. it's crazy, how God works through others to get to you would you not listening or maybe you're listening too hard you're listening for the wrong answer oh, I think that one applies more than anything is is it his will or is it my will and I hate that I really do. but that way he always knows the he's not intruding in my life and believe me there's days I wish you would. now that I think about it he does Isabel we're not listening you come at it from a different direction than we expected kind of like your moment with you realized that you needed to get your home in order and be there for your family. I don't know what God's will for me is I wish I did. more than anything what is my purpose. that's the one I struggle with the most. I think I need to go back and watch that movie cold The Shack. Continue in you obedience!!Thwart and replace those thoughts of frustration with the knowledge that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. The enemy is afraid of what God has for you, and that you are sharing with all of us. Your ministry is vast and the enemy is trying to fight! Rest assured he has already lost! We know that! Fight the good fight, you/we have won the race!!

Worship.... establish a throne in all circumstances through praise and trust.... and grow in Him. Our plans may not be His. They may need crushing. I think you got delayed because wasn't done tweaking your message. The song is beautiful. Worshiping the Lord through music is always something that has deeply moved me. What we sing, what we say with the words that come out of our mouths hold weight. It's why we should always speak with care, and why I am so particular about the music I listen to. Lyrics...words...matter. I talked about that recently in one of my vlogs.
I hear so many choosing words of cursing. I've told my children, and try to live by it... Bless in every opportunity. The world we live in has enough trouble. The last thing we need is words of cursing, even though folks think the words have no meaning.... I think they do. I try to humble my heart and bless, especially the jerk who cuts me off in traffic. They may never know my words... but God knows my words and my heart. It really helps correct my heart by saying something good... even when it's not easy. I also tell myself, this person must have a reason... they need God now... they need a blessing to change their day. I know. Sounds weird.... but it's something God just taught me .... probably to tame my anger into something He can use???

I just thinking... you have come to those who are sick and to minister to them. Especially right now. Many people are homesteading because they are literally sick from our food and farming. You have a door open to them. I love how God positions each of us uniquely to reach people.

I have a neighbor, a sister in Christ, named Kay who is in great need of prayer. She is a retired vocal music teacher who has given her life to her students and the people in our community. She has been hospitalized for several months and has been diagnosed with dementia/alzhiemers's. The prognosis is not good. She has been taken off intravenous feeding and only eats about 2 or 3 teaspoons of a meal. Kay needs a miracle. I ask everyone to pray for that miracle. In Jesus' name, I ask that you would pray for her.

May I share with you that I lost my Mom at a young age, during the holiday season and just before I turn twelve years old. My brother, two years old than I, also pasted at the same time. But my mother give me the most wonderful gift in those short twelve yours. She lived out what it was to Love the Lord above all else. She told me how much he Loves us and will Never let us go. No matter what, he holds us. Her gift is what carried me through those dark days. God has held me and carried me through more times in my life than I could ever count. I can not even fathom how people navigate this life without Him. Not when all else fails, but first, and in everything may my heart and my mind raise to Him. Rest in His Love, Grace, and Mercy, and He will restore our soul.

I’ve been in this season of little kids and babies for a while now and kind of felt like “what am I doing to further The Lords kingdom?” So I really needed to hear this. Such a good reminder that my children are my number one ministry and to wait on the Lord and praise Him through everything.
I love this video! I always watch the devotionals and by the end I realize how much I needed to hear the things you say. The last few years have been so so rough. Things I thought were supposed to happen didn’t and when it all disappeared I prayed and God started leading me on a Homestead/Farm journey

I totally agree. This helps put what we're doing in perspective. It is hard to watch our kids suffer and it's physically exhausting. But God has a plan and if we can share that with Him and trust that He really does love us and He loves our kids even more than we do, we gain more strength to continue this journey. Oh my word! I don't even know where to start. I'm so grateful to have found your channel. One of the first videos that I ever saw from you was a garden devotional. It was encouraging people like me who have a vision and desire to homestead, but are no where close to getting one. To hear you talk about your homesteading dreams and your love of God really resonated with me. I have been a subscriber ever since that garden devotional! This devotional was once again right on time and on point for me. Thank you so much for your continued obedience to God. Please don't ever stop posting these devotionals. Ministry outside of the box is exactly what we all need. Real relationship over religion. I too have been in ministry within the church building. I cried when God told me it was time to stop and that He was moving me on to something else. I felt like I was giving up and abandoning my church. God reassured me that it was His will that I leave and that He could use me to build His church from wherever He placed me. This year I've finally stepped out in faith (and obedience). God has led me to begin my very own journey in ministry through RUclips and it's been the scariest thing. It has been such a hard road for me. Being obedient is not always comfortable. There's been alot of loss in my life these last couple of years. But it's true what you said...some of the hardest times in my life have revealed the greatest breakthroughs. Oh, Jess-I believe God IS using you in ministry, its just not what we "normally" call ministry. In the end, what is ministry? You will never know what seeds you have planted (outside of your family) that have germinated and developed fruit. Having said that, in this season your family IS your ministry and our heavenly father is using that (as you so eloquently said) to his purposes. The balance of what He needs that to look like will change in our lives but He will bring those opportunities into your life. You know all this, so rest in His direction. Thank you for your ministry. BTW, I lost my Dad March, 2018 and I can see how God is using that loss for his kingdom. My best take away? Every day, I need to start my day by asking God how he wants me to spend my day. The harder part is setting aside the time to listen, hear and act on that. Blessings on you and your family.

Hello friend, long time listener and first time caller... I wanted you to know some things that you have pointed out to me as someone in "classroom" phase of homesteading (that being the first thing, the classroom phase and allowing me to be comfortable in my present and not plan too far ahead and know that I am doing what I can for now)... I am an atheist and have love for those who have faith, I am jealous of those whom have a spiritual relationship. I am as stubborn as they come and frankly, when you say bless you at the end of video and now watching your devotional (I know the basics, I am a recovering Catholic and therefor very standoffish when it comes to the big G and my idea and my defense mechanism of absolutes) Ok, back on track and I am trying hard to relate because you are the first woman to speak to my soul in a way it understands. you do it through seed selection and strangely enough through the complex that is my idea of a higher power (which I have always discounted as weak, which is terribly unfair) and how to define it for me or to recognize that a higher power exists if I like it or not! As stubborn as I am I am finding that I need something outside of me, that my three dimensional being requires I consider the idea that my limited experience allow a higher power to flourish. I know why I see you, you are smart and funny and real... I can relate and you have gained my trust on the gardening front and your mistakes along the way... I can listen to you, most I dismiss, but you, I listen to! But I have such a hard time with the God in my life. I am trying to be open to opening this idea of a God into my life and I have been listening to you, and thank you for taking me to a place I never thought I would go... You are an amazing woman and I see and respect you, you have an amazing way to communicate to others and congratulations for making this happen through hard work and faith. (very strange for me to say) I am in awe and just wanted to thank you for you being you. Keep it up girl! I have the vision and the need for worship, that's so hard for me, but I will try... I wish more so-called Christen homesteaders would so Christ first in their you Tube like you do... I had to un-sub a few because I seen God working miracles in the lives and they never once voiced it on their channel that it was God working everything out to get them to where they are. It just broke my heart seeing God not receiving the glory HE is so worthy of... I love how open you kids are to give God all the glory and praise in and through everything... Thank you Jess. This is just what i needed to hear. My precious Daughter Linda died on March 28 2014. she was the picture of what a christian should be. Kind loving and forgiving with a strength in the Lord like i have never seen in anyone. Every where she went she witnessed. She was born with a disease that crippled her for life. Her Birthday is valentines day. I have been plagued with Heartache sadness and illness every since she died. I had a heart attack cancer and many surgery's scene her death. Now i face with possible breast cancer. My dreams have shattered. But in the mix I have felt GODS loving arms around me. In every case he has protected me from evil. True I wont ever get to have a real homestead with Linda working side by side as she did here. But in heaven we will run when she couldn't here and what ever is in store for us God will always have my back.

Thank you so much for sharing. Your worship is beautiful, not because of your voice (which is very beautiful btw), but because of your sincere heart spoken praise to our Father. I grew tired of the systematic worship in church because it didnt feel like worship. It felt like designated karaoke before we listened to a sermon. I was so discouraged in worship for a long time. But as you said in a previous devotional, I learned to tell my soul "Bless the Lord!" and the difference it has made to take that time to give Him the recognition and glory through every single situation has been nothing short of life changing. God wants a relationship with ME, not who my parents, the church, whoever expects of me to be. I've never sang through my dark times and it took me down a path of extreme self destruction. But our blessed Father brought me out of that and breathed a new life within me. Your ministry on this platform is watering the garden of the kingdom of God. Love and blessings 💚

Good morning Jess. Haven't slept in 3 days. English speaking FB it seemed like every single thing you said you were talking about me. I felt it. Pierce me so deep down inside me. I have been stuck in morning my son.. how did God do it christian break do you eat it's been two and a half years since he went home to be with the Lord. And I have never hurt so bad in my life. As you receive I was laying here remembering back to when I first accepted the Lord cover as a small child coming in a Baptist Vacation Bible School. I don't think I really understood it or do it at the time what it really what is about. My family didn't go to church. So we weren't exposed to it very much. But when I was a teenager it Happy Valley Assembly of God I accepted the Lord did to my heart in my life when I got married thought I was marrying the man of my dreams. See he was raised being forced to go to church forced to have all these doctrines, that they believed in. I don't do too good when it comes to wrestling snakes LOL. It was just about that bad. I could totally understand why my husband did not want to go. I remember after we were married I remember after we were married for about a year, and I asked him if he wanted to go to church. We only had what vehicle but he wasn't about to let me leave with it even if he did not want to go to church he pretty much made it impossible for me to go. so I learned to pray in silence, and I learn to pray alone. ever since this happened I pulled away from God. this wasn't the life I was not supposed to have an abusive husband who cheated constantly. I was supposed to have a faithful husband Who
Loved me and would never lay a hand on me except in a loving way. I was married for 8 years too long it had three beautiful children with him. I do I was never supposed to give up on my marriage but at that point in the early 80s I was afraid I was going to die. living in Virginia at the largest navy sea port on the East Coast.. 6 years the abuse it is fidelity oh, I made the decision to leave with my children. it seems more like a love-hate relationship he loved to hate me. after a severe beating we were gone. I don't know what they call it that they say for some reason the woman always will go back to her abuser at least once. two years after we separated right after our divorce we decided to get back together. it was what year worse than what I had been getting before. I finally had to make the decision to leave or I thought I was going to die. that was back in 1995. I've been seagull ever since. I mean I never remarried I did it debit three relationships for very short time each since then. Whatever broke into my home it helped me and my son hostage. almost killed my son, he was suffocating him after he had broken my neck. he went to prison for what he did. and there it was left to deal with it. I got no support not even from the state, surrounding me and my son having to testify. did my oldest son was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and we lost him June 5th 2016. it even though I had never let anybody to the Lord before my son asked me if I would lead him to the Lord it'd be a good mother I wanted to make sure he got the right Pursuit so that he would make it into heaven it that way he would see me again someday to see him again. my first thought was that I wanted to get somebody who knew what they were doing. It did I realized the sadness that came into his eyes and it hit me, that it was up to me. so I let him to the Lord the way that I was led to the Lord John 3:16 and the shortest verse in the Bible, " I AM" , he passed away three days later in my arms. I can't imagine what Mary felt when she lost her son. I held myself together the first couple of days and I was shocked and I couldn't do anything I couldn't process life. and it had been a downhill battle leopard seal spray give this last year 2018 I may have told you about this a long time ago back when you first started your RUclips channel. I got hung up on every word that you said. and boy did I feel conviction. I watched when I was really feeling down because you gave me hope. Each of these devotionals I take as you are talkin directly to me did you wouldn't believe how so much of what you have said over this last year fits me to a T. I even backed off watching your Channel for about a month cuz I felt like knew that my heart was not right. it is the conviction said it again here we are this morning. I am going to follow exactly what you said, is something I have a hard time with the listening part. I really surprised I've been able to leave this comment. it's my truth it's where I am and I don't want to be there anymore. you have no idea or maybe you do with almost a hundred thousand subscribers wow you were right you had 1400 I remember I remember you being so excited that so many people we're watching you And your family. thank you Jess for this video oh, it's just what I needed. I don't know if you remember the commercial for a drink called V8. It in the commercial the person smacks himself in the head and says, I should have had a V-8 that's the only thing I could think of was that commercial. and then I just started weeping so deep inside. I cried for probably 30 minutes after I finished watching the video or the entire video and afterwards. I haven't prayed like that in a long time. Please keep me in your prayers as I will be watching your videos again. it's crazy, how God works through others to get to you would you not listening or maybe you're listening too hard you're listening for the wrong answer oh, I think that one applies more than anything is is it his will or is it my will and I hate that I really do. but that way he always knows the he's not intruding in my life and believe me there's days I wish you would. now that I think about it he does Isabel we're not listening you come at it from a different direction than we expected kind of like your moment with you realized that you needed to get your home in order and be there for your family. I don't know what God's will for me is I wish I did. more than anything what is my purpose. that's the one I struggle with the most. I think I need to go back and watch that movie cold The Shack. I think he was looking for his purpose. please continue with your wonderful devotionals. I'm glad I got to be up first thing when you published it. take care and God bless Deb

Continue in you obedience!!Thwart and replace those thoughts of frustration with the knowledge that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. The enemy is afraid of what God has for you, and that you are sharing with all of us. Your ministry is vast and the enemy is trying to fight! Rest assured he has already lost! We know that! Fight the good fight, you/we have won the race!!

I think you got delayed because wasn't done tweaking your message. The song is beautiful. Worshiping the Lord through music is always something that has deeply moved me. What we sing, what we say with the words that come out of our mouths hold weight. It's why we should always speak with care, and why I am so particular about the music I listen to. Lyrics...words...matter. I talked about that recently in one of my vlogs.
I hear so many choosing words of cursing. I've told my children, and try to live by it... Bless in every opportunity. The world we live in has enough trouble. The last thing we need is words of cursing, even though folks think the words have no meaning.... I think they do. I try to humble my heart and bless, especially the jerk who cuts me off in traffic. They may never know my words... but God knows my words and my heart. It really helps correct my heart by saying something good... even when it's not easy. I also tell myself, this person must have a reason... they need God now... they need a blessing to change their day. I know. Sounds weird.... but it's something God just taught me .... probably to tame my anger into something He can use???

Just like planting is done in seasons, so are the seasons of our lives. You didn't "call off ministry"....He changed your journey. Keep seeking Him first and all these things shall be added unto you. Rest in His plans.

Thank you, Jess. You are speaking to my heart. It seems as though you've known me. God is using your story to encourage me, which I didn't realize I needed it, today. I imagine there are so many other folks out there with buried dreams who will be thankful for your testimony. Digging deep into Jesus has been my rescue from despair. I hate to wallow because I have been blessed abundantly, but our hearts cry out to dreams and when they die, it really hurts. God be with you in Tennessee. You are a blessing.

As always I'm deeply touched by all you say and the love of Christ i know comes from your heart. The wonderful things God has shown to me are amazing. After a lifetime of searching for something I couldn't find it was given to me freely by our savior. I had to give up vanity and greed and envy, but got someone who truly loves me and cares about what's happening to me. I have a neighbor, a sister in Christ, named Kay who is in great need of prayer.
She is a retired vocal music teacher who has given her life to her students and the people in our community.
She has been hospitalized for several months and has been diagnosed with dementia/alzhiemers's.
The prognosis is not good.
She has been taken off intravenous feeding and only eats about 2 or 3 teaspoons of a meal.
Kay needs a miracle.
I ask everyone to pray for that miracle.
In Jesus' name, I ask that you would pray for her.

Jess, one of the best Christian song writers is Larry Norman. He released some of his own albums but he wrote many more songs for other Christian artist. He would have never made it as a singer if he had not been known for his song writing ability. Tears literally poured down my face watching this tonight. You posted this 2 years ago, but God is still using it for His kingdom now. Thank you for your surrender and obedience because it led you to a place where your voice for Christ has a much larger platform. I love this mission and I resonate so much with you. May I share with you that I lost my Mom at a young age, during the holiday season and just before I turn twelve years old. My brother, two years old than I, also pasted at the same time. But my mother give me the most wonderful gift in those short twelve yours. She lived out what it was to Love the Lord above all else. She told me how much he Loves us and will Never let us go. No matter what, he holds us. Her gift is what carried me through those dark days. God has held me and carried me through more times in my life than I could ever count. I can not even fathom how people navigate this life without Him. Not when all else fails, but first, and in everything may my heart and my mind raise to Him. Rest in His Love, Grace, and Mercy, and He will restore our soul.

That was so beautiful Jess! That song speaks to my heart so much. I’ve been in this season of little kids and babies for a while now and kind of felt like “what am I doing to further The Lords kingdom?” So I really needed to hear this. Such a good reminder that my children are my number one ministry and to wait on the Lord and praise Him through everything.
I love this video! I always watch the devotionals and by the end I realize how much I needed to hear the things you say. The last few years have been so so rough. Thank you for this, much needed word. Still hoping for a chance of a smallholding after all we've been through with our teenage sons health complications.
