He's just a phenomenon .since l heard him in the ,70's . played and played his album cosmos factory over and over again .until now keeping his songs at the top of my list.long live rock and John
I just want to thank John Fogerty for keeping the 60’s alive. There was some absolutely great music back then and a lot of it came straight from him. Thanks Mr. Fogerty.
+GonzoDuke I live at the big river Rhine in Bonn, Germany + can exactly imagine what you commented. By the way: Fogerty + CCR were + are pure rock'n'roll geniuses...! Bonn: Visit The River Rhine Drachenfels Drachenburg | Good Old Germany | Beautiful HD FPV ruclips.net/video/d6L3cZFyMIA/видео.html
Никто лучше Джона не исполнил песни Криденс. Сколько я не слушал - это лишь подобие. Такого мощного драйва не встретить ни у одной группы исполняющей Криденс. У Джона это от Бога...
Truth with this era of talent late 60s and the 70s. And if they did give speeches we would miss amazing music . Gosh I miss it. But thank goodness for utube
I think this was the first song I heard from CCR, and have been a fan ever since. John is a fantastic song writer, great musician and I believe a great human being. Here's to you John Looking out my backdoor!
Had that dream too, then I got a picture shaking his hand at a book signing in LA. If you bought his book, that evening he was signing them. He spoke a little and took questions. He played have you ever seen the rain with just an acoustic guitar. Barnes and noble store
The one and only Kenny Aronoff on the drums back there.., man is he smokin! John Fogerty has to be the most under-rated, honest, & hardest working man in the business, and he loves what he does. Great to see him again.
@@mathewgladden8914 On this one he made it to the end of the 2nd chorus maybe 1 second quicker than on the album. Not sure how you can blame anyone for not caring about the difference.
Definitely not underrated. Not even close. By himself he’s top10 all time. CCR To most , should be top 5. Period. Incredible song writer , Producer and Performer.
John Fogerty, the keep kid without age... He doesn't grow old never..Always so lively,, really, a humble 'poor boy' forever between us. The man who believes in music and get from it the smile for life (i wrote already it:.. music help to endure against badness and contrariety suffered.Really i mean, knowing!)
He has always had such a strong life force. His music keeps him young (and the rest of us). As it is said, do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. ;)
Джон как всегда великолепен. А ударник настолько хорош как будто все его существо и физически и эмоционально слито с композицией Смотреть на его исполнение одно удовольствие- нет слов. Как раз под мастерство и темперамент Джона.
Creedence and this guy in particular are SO under-rated. John Fogerty is one of the true greats and sadly fucked about legally. Green River was one of the greatest pop-rock singles ever, and this is a simply killer live take. Rock on mate!
I love both versions, young John and Old John. John is always a somebody great, with or without "the other guys"; "the other guys" are nobody without John. They should be thankful for John!!!!
Love green river....wore it out when cassettes were the go.....bare foot girls dancing in the moonlight.............if you find the world is smouldering..........love...it..JW...San Remo AUST
John Fogarty is the classic sound of the Boomer generation, and the Heart of Rock and Roll. I can't stop my feet to the beat of his songs, guitar and harmonica!!!!!!
it don't get no finer........i've played this song at every bar in the mid west from Montana , Wyoming, utah, Nevada down to Arizona, etc for ever....thanks John Fogerty...great groove
My fav Fogerty song because its about a place my family used to go to camp when I was a kid. BTW, he's talking about Putah Creek in northern California. Green river came from his favorite syrup flavor (lime) they used to pour on snow cones and called it a "green river."
"I don't know anything about speeches, I'm here to play rock 'n roll." Love it.
Hellll yea woody!
Let's get it👌👌👌
Ahhh maybe John could tell his friend Bruce Springsteen that!!!
Gotta love it
Spoken like a real man
John Fogerty and Kenny Aronoff are both LEGENDS!
Coolest drummer in the world
Kenny is a badass 😎💯
If you don't love this you may aswell be deaf, brilliant.

Me too
Been Listening toCCR since 16years old ..this is great Long Live Rock And Roll
Can relate to that I was a bit younger when first heard them, so cool, I couldn't get my mind around it then.
You can tell he's enjoying himself immensely and he came through with quite a memorable performance.
That is the man himself. The one and only John Fogerty.
I just want to thank John Fogerty for keeping the 60’s alive. There was some absolutely great music back then and a lot of it came straight from him. Thanks Mr. Fogerty.
I think Green River Is The Perfect American Rock and Roll Song.
"I can hear the bullfrog callin me."

Great concise yet vivid imagery in Fogerty's lyrics. You can smell the swamp stank!
Rock on...

Mean, nasty, swamp music, which is actually rooted in the Bakersfield sound, I love it.
