As per rule where TXR is available they should check the formation. But due to local instructions or staff shortage they are not doing and finally GLP has to do.
12+8 days is given by Railway Board during Covid period and it’s correct but it’s temporary. Exam we should write only 12+3 days The RB letter is for duty purpose.

Invalid BPC ,
Rake can run for unloading purposes.
But it should be avoided for loading.
Sometimes it is done in the Division due to heavy demand.
सर glp चैक करने के लिए एक ट्रेन में मिनिमम कितने वैगन होना जरूरी है , अगर ऐसा कोई नियम है तो बताने की कृपा करे?
वैगन की कोई भी गिनती हो, कोई रुकावट नहीं है
