This, along with Cicely's class are my favorite! I do my yoga before work and getting kids off to school in the morning. This means a 4:15 wake-up time. The 75 minute class allows for both sets of all postures in the original sequence intended. Being able to do the entire 26&2 sequence in 75 minutes is the most efficient use of my time that early in the morning. So thank you! And please post more 75 minute classes when possible! I very much enjoyed traveling to your ATX Downtown studio recently and taking the 26&2 Silent 75!
Haha! This 75 min definitely makes time go by so fast, but it feels wonderful! Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and I hope you return to check out the rest of our classes on RUclips!
Very good instructions. Great to listen many times as you stay focused on the dialogue and as you say, make good use of time. Fan request: make a 90 minute and an 84 asana advanced.
I owned a Hot Yoga/Bikram studio up until a few years ago (18years) - got into Vinyasa but wanted to get back to 26&2 and was looking for an online 75 minute faster pace - perfect - thank you!
Sixty minute classes feel rushed, imbalanced, and incomplete~ This 75 minute class is a sweet spot- same blissful effect as a ninety, and the fifteen minutes saved each time is really adding up.
Thank you so much for the feedback, Rachel! 75 minutes is indeed the perfect balance to get all of the benefits that our body needs. Glad to have you on our channel!
Great instruction and great prompts. I so appreciate you posting this. I love the attention to the bhanda's - I have some physical stuff going on including a full stomach, sciatica and knee issues so the cueing about bending the knee to accomplish compression doesn't work for me as my stomach gets in the way. Am I correct that the most important thing is 80/20 breathing and compression of the abdominal wall as a general? 75 minutes is definitely the way to go considering I"m practicing at home with less heat than the studio,
Thank you for your comment! The 80/20 breathing technique is only used in backbends and during the spine strengthening series. For the rest of the practice keep normal breathing. You don't want to contract your abdominal wall through out the entire class--You can do it when you want to keep the spine straight. For backbends, you need to relax the abdominal wall and contract your back muscles. For forward bending, you want to pull your belly in without a contraction. I hope this helps!
I don't understand how anybody do these poses at home, without heat? Or they have a sauna at home? What do you recommend Laine & Monica or PURE Yoga Tv?
Hello Adrienne! Thanks so much for your comment :) We have mostly seen practitioners in a hot yoga dome, small spaces such as a bathroom with hot water running or even in their laundry room with a small heater AND their dryer running as well! However, it does not matter where you are practicing from as long as you focus on your breath and listen to your body you will have an amazing practice regardless! Hope this helps :)
Love your dialogue and this class. Sometimes we need the 75 min class and really enjoy getting the 26x2. Would you possibly post a new one without you doing the poses? Your voice hours in and out and the volume is up and down throughout this one which makes it distracting and hard to hear sometimes.
Tara thank you so much for your feedback! we are always looking to improve :) while we work on more content check us out at Pureyogatv.com for 10 days FREE trial to see all of our awesome content, including more 75 min Hot Yoga Classes! Hope this helps.

This helps tremendously- can you say more about what pulling the belly in without contraction means ion forward bending?
