@@anonymixx8106 Hello! Great question-- The best is to still do the 90 min 2 set class to deepen postures and improve range of motion. This shorter version is really about saving time and moving at a pace to generate more body heat when practicing at home. Hope this helps!

This is the best one-hour Bikram. He offers a focused class without a lot of distracting talk. When you listen to the dialogue over and over, other instructors' recorded routines can get tedious, but this one is pure dialogue and so it's never tiresome, always precise and supportive. A really good video. I hope he produces the 90 minute one as well some day, although this one-hour does the trick. Many thanks!

WOW! This took me back to the mid 1980s at the Bikram College of India in Fort Lauderdale, then eventually to San Francisco's original Bikram school when I moved here. This is good, old-fashioned, strong teaching style and everything was GREAT! Super familiar, powerful, none of that "dead man's pose" I've heard elsewhere for savasana for instance. I loved that we didn't have to look at other students in your video, nor did we have to hear banter w you correcting individuals. This was just straight teaching, with GREAT tips and nuances that I can come back to again and again. (Nice to see balancing stick has been reduced from what I recall was 60 seconds -- well, def longer than 10 seconds anyway! I still can't do the toe stand so just stand there like a silly tree but it's just the dog watching these days! ) THANK YOUR for this!

Thank you for class! One set of everything except my favourites (NOT!) . . . Awkward, Standing Head to Knee, Floor Bow. And it all fit into one hour. Audio went quiet during poses with backbends. Yoga for cervical spondylosis helps in relieving the stiffness, pain, and improves its flexibility. Regular practice of these poses treat the problem naturally and offer long term relief from the problem. The goal is to always take it easy and listen to your body! You can also consult with your doctor! Hope this helps :)

When I try the pose leaning back on the knees, I’m getting cramps in my toes. Can’t stay in the pose. Any suggestions or tips on why that is happening? It’s been years since I tried yoga so I’m not very flexible
That happens to many of us as we do not spend much time in that kneeling position in our every day lives! Try getting into the "fixed firm" posture a little bit slower, as it is a pretty big stretch for the top of the foot right. Try using your hands/arms for support while you slowly work the stretch on the foot, first. Stay in that position for a few breaths and focus your mind on the foot to have it "relax" a bit, then move further into the pose as you can. Take it slow!
This is an amazing practice and loved the narration BUT I’m confused as per the title that this” yoga for beginners”. Bikrams practice is hardly for beginners.
While the practice may be challenging, all postures are "modified" by the level of depth the practitioner goes to, which makes it accessible to all levels, beginners through advanced! Beginners are always encouraged to try each pose to the best of their ability in that moment in time. Hope this explanation helps.

Try using your hands/arms for support while you slowly work the stretch on the foot, first. Stay in that position for a few breaths and focus your mind on the foot to have it "relax" a bit, then move further into the pose as you can. Take it slow!

This is an amazing practice and loved the narration BUT I’m confused as per the title that this” yoga for beginners”. Bikrams practice is hardly for beginners.
While the practice may be challenging, all postures are "modified" by the level of depth the practitioner goes to, which makes it accessible to all levels, beginners through advanced! Beginners are always encouraged to try each pose to the best of their ability in that moment in time. Hope this explanation helps.
Actually, Bikram yoga is exactly designed for beginners. No previous experience required. Just do what you can.

Hello! All of our classes are beginner friendly. First step is to always listen to your body and try your best! I highly recommend starting with a 90 min class, way more savasana time, learning body awareness and great way to find your own tempo. The more you practice, the more flexibility & strength you will gain.
