Hello and thank you for your video presentation. If this is the "beginner" level class, is there a "pre-beginner" level class? Most of what your students are successfully performing is unavailable for me and others who can't yet touch their feet below the ankles, cross their legs at the knees, interlace their fingers behind their backs, or balance successfully on one leg. Is there a Bikram class that better addresses my body?
Hi David! Thank you for your comment. I hear you, and understand that not all the postures on the screen are accessible to everyone. We have students that modify using the chair at our studios. The dialog takes you set by step, so if you can't progress to the next step try staying in the "modified" step of the posture that is accessible to you! In the mean time, I think us making a modifications video wouldn't be a bad idea! Thank you for the helpful feedback.

Hi Jen, thanks for your comment and for practicing this class! If you listen closely to the instructions and if you release the idea of finding perfection you will notice that you don't have to look at the screen to follow the postures. For sure, the more you practice, the more confident you will get & you will see that anyone can practice this series at their own level. This is a very therapeutic practice and that is why we have many students finding relief by healing their minds & bodies. It is not important how deep you go in a posture. If you keep the right form you will get wonderful benefits. It is not about what you do it is about how you do it. Hope this helps! :)
@@PUREyogaTV Sorry this is not a beginners class. If you listen to the presenter she just assumes you can do all the movements.A beginners class will tell you how to start the pose and what you can do if you cannot touch the head to your ness.

This would not be a beginner class in my book because I would be looking at the instructor for physical direction
