Love this class. So jealous of the person with the infrared sauna studio! LOL. But seriously, hot or not, this is a great workout that doesn't feel like "work". 😍

Thank you for creating this class with no commercials. I will start using it at my infared sauna studio. The sessions we reserve are 45 minutes. I love hot yoga. I had found a 30 minute class, but this will be even better. Wishing you the best.

Been using this video for a while because I can’t locate a class in my city and I LOVE it especially because it’s 45 mins and not 90. It’s easier to do after working all day. Thanks!❤

This was perfect because I could see different modifications so I didn't feel bad if I couldn't express the full pose yet. I thought the timing was perfect because I don't have 90 minutes for the full class but my body is feeling so much better for it. It's really helping those achy joints. My body is beginning to crave it and I've never liked yoga before but, I love the way this makes me feel! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your feedback Sarah! This is definitely a faster paced class to get the heart rate up for a full body stretch. I would recommend the Super Sixty series if you are still looking for a great body meditation in an hour. Check out this video: ruclips.net/video/nJv5nNBgVgc/видео.html

Meditation is kinda like playing an instrument. Or falling in love. (Climbing up into love?). At Point A (in the beginning...) one doesn't ''know'' how it's done except by jumping in and doing it. It ain't smooth. But it's kinda sorta exciting. It's quite clumsy and thus a perfect opportunity to learn patience coupled with the abillity...and the need!...to laugh at one's Self. Be amused by the ''fumbling around." Being mad or impatient with one's Self is a waste of energy and of Fair Play. We are heartened and amused by a toddler's first tentative clumsy steps on two legs. Step, fall, step, fall, fall, fail...2 steps! That's what, and how, we are when learning to love someone, play an instrument, meditate, 26+2, etc. Further down the road, at Point B, one ''knows'' or has learned...something...and then just keeps doing it. This in turn leads to another ''knowing something'' at a future Point C. KInda like unwrapping Xmas presents that get better each time. And ya never know when that's going to be. Progress happens over time (short and long) and in ways that surprise when they do happen. Just like being with a ''special someone'' or learning an instrument....over short and long periods of time. In a word: awareness....which has ZERO to do with not having challenges/roadblocks/falls and fails. It just means an awareness of the falls and fails and not trippin' about them. The reason folks stay together for decades and why accomplished world-class musicians keep practicing is that they keep discovering that they can keep progressing and deepening their awareness. And fun. [This author reserves the right to be completely wrong and to change his mind about everything ....tomorrow].
