And we're back! About a month ago I made a video about my experiences playing Animal Crossing New Horizons for the first time. And to be honest, I just really wanted to keep playing so PART TWO! This time I wanna really get "An Island" going and see whatever this game considers an "end." So let's just jump right back into Animal Crossing!

4:45 So, Redd actually IS shady. AND Redd and Tom Nook have history. In Wild World, or City Folk, Tom Nook says he tried going into a business venture with an unnamed fox (Redd is the ONLY fox in the entire series) and the fox screwed him over bad. Tom became so depressed he was even pushing away others in his life he grew up with (the Able Sisters). Tom Nook was able to recover and has gone from a Shop Keeper to a CEO over the course of the series and repaired things with the Able Sisters.
Some Animal Crossing fans like to say Tom Nook is an evil Slum Lord, but he's really not. At least with Tom you get a functioning, working product. And if you want, you truly could just always live in the tent. Tom Nook NEVER pressures over the payments. Redd acts like he's your friend and promises you are getting good deals but will gladly sell you fake art and sculptures with a smile. It doesn't even matter how supportive you are of Redd knowing what you are dealing with and buy it anyway. Redd is never your friend.
Tom Nook is your friend.

But the stone axe doesn't chop down trees and you can get 3 wood per tree

Tank was one of my OG villagers and I love him but I changed his catchphrase to YEET two weeks ago and he's convinced everyone else on the island to start saying it too and I don't know what to do
In case you still don't know how to fix this, talk to Isabelle and discuss every resident with this catchphrase. If you say "the way they talk" when Isabelle asks what the villagers are doing wrong, they'll stop saying that catchphrase and go back to their old ones. Hope this helps.

You can take it further and bury up to 99,000 bells
(as you saw in this video) and actually get 297,000 back.
Not good for the long term though, but it's awesome when it happens.

if you plant more than 10,000 bells, you'll only get 30,000 back 😀
@@dominomimi5137 Not true. I've gotten far more than that lots of times over the past year.
Every time you bury 2,000 bells or higher in a glowing spot, there's a 30% chance you'll triple it. (ie: each bag will = what you buried)
For bigger payouts bury 30,000 so at worst you would just break even and get back what you put in the hole.
If you're gonna go above 30,000 then you might as well go all in and bury 99,000 so if you're lucky you get 297,000 from it.
I got 4 stars doing literally NOTHING like putting my crap everywhere saying I’ll do it later and then completely forgetting about it and stuff like that so...

I’m a bigger ac fan than he is and I think his island is better than mine? All I’ve accomplished is getting 3 adorable villagers in 2 days, oh and found out I’m obsessed with the squirrels.
Well consider yourself lucky because most people regret not hunting out their villagers and having a roster they like better
Kids Wright well, it was almost impossible to get two adorable ones at the same time before new horizons came out. When I had a decent enough of houses on my island, I would just save up like 20 nook miles tickets and went to random islands until I found some cuties. Really, the game just gave us that easy way to find some villagers we like. Though I can’t really call myself lucky, still haven’t found one of my few dream villagers yet.

Fact 2: you can actually plant 100, 1000 AND 10000 bells in the money hole. Not just 10000 bells.

It was proven that your first two island comers will always have a very basic house. It has something to do you not being envy and upset that you came together but you are far back.
