Every part of the U.K. is part of the song even Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands I am particularly lucky to have been born here as I am disabled and get treated fairly over all so I feel very very proud of my forefathers and I say rightly so.

This photo is of my great aunt getting married to her husband in the air force his plane was shot down they had been married for just 7 days she was a seamstress her wedding dress was made out of parachute material ,she was my nans sister who also lost her husband
They both bought me up thank God ,that was just after the war so I didn't get to meet them like so many others born and growing up in the 50s so we have our own tragedies stop living in the past and make do with what you have and make it better ,do the history, HAS ANYBODY ELSE GOT THERE LOVELY STORIES TO TELL AT LEAST IT WILL TAKE OUR MINDS OF WHATS HAPPENING ALL OVER THE WORLD TODAY,

I'm now 75, VERY VERY proud of my British heritage. I'm returning in Nov/2023, & will visit the Church where my GREAT-Grandparents were married, & where the Grandparents I just mentioned were married. I know I'll cry, but I can't wait to get there. I doubt I'll return after November...
