1/2C blueberries, right? Sounded like "blueberry phony." 1C soy milk? It looks like more. 1.5C?
Soya milk is a good addition but contains very little protein or calcium.
Not true.
soya contails a very high level of both calcium and protein. You could be confusing it with a different plant based milk.
