My Escape Hybrid is averaging 46.7 mpg after 22,000 miles. Mostly urban driving.

Wow, I didn't know the escape hybrid could get such good fuel economy.

Yea it's really good and easy to achieve!

The Escape is also more sedanish as in more aero, less boxy, and built lower to ground than most CUVs.

You can still get the 8 inch display and physical controls as 13.2 screen is an option.

It's only an option on the lower trim levels. The Platinum and higher up trims have the bigger screen as standard.

@@MGReviewsBlog The Escape in the lower trim levels offer good value, but in Select Elite and Platinum offer below average value. IMO, that is true with many vehicles offered in this segment.

My Kia Niro PHEV averages 4.4 l/100 kms, and I hardly ever plug it in. Very very fuel efficient and fun to drive. Love this car!

What fo you mean the escaoe doesnt like to go 100 km/hr on the highway ??

I meant that it feels like it takes a bit more effort to push the throttle pedal to keep it going at 100 km/h than it does in the CR-V. I'm sure it'll go 160+ but it just gives the impression it would be much happier doing 70 km/h.
