Holcomb Rehabilitation Rant

RTC recently spent over 4 million dollars to "rehabilitate" Holcomb Avenue in a way that conflicts with an updated plan they are in the process of soliciting called "The Active Transportation Plan."
What could have been made better? In this video, I speak briefly about one qualm I have with the chosen design.
