At 6.2 175 this is gonna be an awesome first bike, I will be tracking every once and a while. I have 23 miles of Twisties everyday each way to work. I just want to learn and have fun. Great video
I bought it I had ridden dirtbikes for 5 or so years, in Australia we have LAMS it’s been a blast on this. Will get a bigger bike as soon as I am allowed too, kinda wish it had more power but it is what it is
I got rid of my RC 390. The riding position is weird compared to other bikes. I felt like I sat high and on top of the bike, rather than a part of the bike. I got a CFMOTO 450SS now and it's perfect.
Probably because the rc390 has a more aggressive position compared to the 450ss and most other bikes in this class. It's more similar to 600s and liter bikes.
It’s not a car bro 🤣 the sportier the bike the more “on top” of it you’re gonna feel, so you can get more lean and have the footpegs higher, and be closer to full tuck. This is the opposite of a car where a lower seat is more sporty because you get the lowest center of gravity that way and a more cockpit feel, where lean is obviously entirely irrelevant. You wanted a more relaxed ride with sportbike looks.
It's a nice bike. I had one, a 22 or 23. I now have a 24 Duke 390 and will say the new engine in the Duke is quite a step up on the older Duke/RC engine. I would hope they put the new engine in the '25 RC 390s, and the new Duke 390 TFT too.
I have booked RC 390 today and my delivery is in 9 days. This is gonna be my 1st sports bike and am 5 feet 7 inch. Is it comfortable for my height? Will it be comfortable for me being a beginner in sports bike edition?
Idk which one he has I just know he got it off Amazon But most motorcycle phone mounts will be universal id just look up some forums and see what other people have used
You have to beat the piss out of the 400s to get them to go anywhere and I personally don’t like having to do that But some people disagree So it comes down to whatever he’s more comfortable with If he’s fine going slow and learning the bike then any 400cc will be perfect for him
@@OceanSuper were in Australia , so that's all he's allowed on learner plates, he's looking the ktm right 390 or the ninja 400, which would you recommend? His 6 foot tall,
@@samalamalou if he’s 6ft or over I would say get the ninja 400 cause the rc390 is a pretty small bike But I would go to a dealer and have him sit on them and see which one feels better for him But I would recommend the ninja 400 because it’s way more tame than the 390 The 390 is a single cylinder so it’s a little more rowdy But they’re about the same speed so for a brand new rider I think the ninja 400 is a lot better

Have you ridden the cbr300r? What are your thoughts on it compared to the rc390
Don’t get the cbr300

It's a great motorcycle, unfortunately is associated with squids (Chapri) here in India.
this is dumb as fuck

Thé ninja is well known to bé a bike for short riders ...he s gonna have to try those
I‘m also 6‘4 how long can you ride the bike till it gets uncomfy?
if youre worried about comfort then you should get something else. The seat on it is very track focused and theres no padding and you cant fix it.
He took the 'Mirror Things' off? Ya'll know they're useful yeah?
