    My goals for the first half of the year are my splits and a consistent practice. So far I been doing great and actually practicing and stretching my splits. Last week, I was able to sit my hips on the second lowest level of a yoga block for both sides of my front splits and that's the first time I have ever got that low. Middle splits I know I probably won't get this year but I still have it as a goal. On the pole, along with being consistent, I want to get my invert.

      Love all the goals! woudl love to hear how your going with them now we are 6 months into the year :)?

      @@AmyBreurFitness Hi, thanks for asking. I have been more consistent with my splits practice, than with pole honestly.
      Just yesterday I got onto the lowest level of the block, calfs on the ground. So i'm excited about that, but have to remind myself to be super careful. If all goes well, I should have my flat splits, both sides, by the end of the year, (probably before that but I'm giving myself until the end of the year) then next year I will work on middle splits.
      I haven't been as consistent with pole or inverting, although my tucks are getting a little easier every time I do get on the pole. I guess I will use this (you asking) as my push to get just as dedicated with pole.🤣Thanks.
