You can make stuffed jalapeños with the pepper jack cheese. I like to wrap them in spring roll wrapper (thinner than egg roll wrapper) and than bread them using the flour, egg and bread crumbs/panko. I make a lot than freeze them. I than air fry them from frozen (spray with avocado oil before). You can also deep fry them.
