Pads!! As long as you have pads you can depend on (not cheap "children's" pads), you're good. Check out Indy Jamma Jones - she's got a great video on how to fall. Practice those moves until they're second nature. Once you got the proper technique, strap the pads on and get out there. SPEED! I mean, really speed. Sidewalk, street or a local trail....get out there and literally go as fast as you can! If you feel yourself falling, that muscle memory will kick in and you'll be able to fall properly with little to no injury. Not going to lie. Yeah, you might scrape a body part that isn't protected by the pads, it happens. However, nothing serious will happen if you've learned how to fall properly.
really bending your knees and staying low helps a lot ! you want to keep a staggered position and really trust your legs, find a chill little hill and practice on there if you can :) build a lot of muscles on you legs and enjoy going fast because its super fun and its a close feeling to flying ✨

Just put more hours going fast and soon you will be desensitised.
