The Sound Pads, doesn't loop the audio wav files properly!!! there is no way to contact boss to raise complaint about this issue I am facing.
Hi, is it posible to soundprocessing the usb-stream in realtime?
Can the 8 be used for a virtual soundcheck? Meaning, can you record to multitrack and then play back with full independent control of all channel levels, effects etc?
This would be for a solo live gig situation where I'm not able to play and adjust the mix at the same time during soundcheck

everytime i set the Gigcaster to MTK Stream my PC and Software dont recognize the Mixer anymore.
Only if i set it to "2 Mix" it works but then i only have 1 AUdio Source in my PC for In and Out. So everything that PLays on my PC goes in an endless Loop in the Gigcaster
Can I connect 2 guitar 1/4in TS cables to record with acoustic and electric at the same time?
I think you can connect one on channel 1 thats Hi-Z and the other one maybe you can do it using a Direct Box to turn it as a balanced input. Take note that only channels 1 and 2 are available for all those effects.
I have been trying to contact BOSS for a Gigcaster issue, but there is no way I can contact BOSS or Roland! there is no option or email or ticket system to raise an issue
Great rig but does it work as an audio interface as well? Meaning will it replace my M-audio interface and take care of latency etc…

There is one HUGE problem with both of these products. Touchscreen. Otherwise they're a really great product. But...there HAS to be a dedicated knob to control a selected screen choice. The rodecaster has it...and anyone who has ever used this kind of gear in a real world setting knows touchscreen just SUCKS! You simply CANNOT get the control that is necessary. FIX IT!
