While other power armour under this effect broke down due to suddenly adding hundreds of thousands of years to it. However, Perturabo's armour was so incredibly well made, that even though it was aged by hundreds of thousands of years, it didn't lower in combat effectiveness at all. Just another mark for the Lord of Iron
It was actually only a few thousand years. Perty was aged three thousand years by his own estimate, and stated himself that he felt incredibly old. Hundreds of thousands of years would have killed him at that time.

You’re a Primarch, no one will question you” but he refused saying he wants to finish this crusade so he doesn’t even need to THINK about war. His whole retirement plan after the Crusades was to travel the Imperium and perfect city designs and Urban Living.

I don't think it matters because Dorn was, until they confirm otherwise, killed by a hoard of space marines. Thats going to be a lot harder to do against the guy built like a tank equipped with multiple anti-personnel weapons and that functions as it's own command center.

Pious Vex of the Raven Guard breached this armor and hit Pertys skin by a well placed shot by his sniper rifle in between the plates. Which impressed Perturabo enough to let Vex slip away.
He was able to see and monitor all data and feeds from All his forces in the battle continuesly while at the same time fighting himself. We have a current day war in ukraine that is largely shaped by the fact both sides always know where units are on their and their enemies side cause ttey can easily spot amassing troops before they launch a serious push hour before and have ample time to tell their people. Now imagine a primarch with incredible analytical skills that does the same on a planetary scale on the fly while also being a tank platoon worth of walking devastation himself. And to continue the tradition of never giving perti his due credit, now think about just how good dorn is to be able to beat perti + horus, 0.2 fukgrim, 1.8 angron, mortarion and Magnus at the same time in the siege of terra. Damn perti really knew how to show people dorn‘s strengths

they had mech suits, and their was the command variant, while less nimble and elegant than the marauder variant, it made up for in being more heavily armoured, more powerful thrusters, and built with loads of communication devices, as well as on display squad tracker and holo graphic map display of the terrain based on a number of external cameras and an onboard computer

Pious Vex of the Raven Guard breached this armor and hit Pertys skin by a well placed shot by his sniper rifle in between the plates. Which impressed Perturabo enough to let Vex slip away.
This suit tanked a direct blow from a newly demon Angron. Perturabo knows his stuff.

He was able to see and monitor all data and feeds from All his forces in the battle continuesly while at the same time fighting himself.
We have a current day war in ukraine that is largely shaped by the fact both sides always know where units are on their and their enemies side cause ttey can easily spot amassing troops before they launch a serious push hour before and have ample time to tell their people.
Now imagine a primarch with incredible analytical skills that does the same on a planetary scale on the fly while also being a tank platoon worth of walking devastation himself.
And to continue the tradition of never giving perti his due credit, now think about just how good dorn is to be able to beat perti + horus, 0.2 fukgrim, 1.8 angron, mortarion and Magnus at the same time in the siege of terra. Damn perti really knew how to show people dorn‘s strengths
