    市場晃一圈,貴森森的物價嚇死人,今年過年真的要考慮自立自強DIY幾道年菜了。先來諮詢一下…提前做好東坡肉是可以冷藏或冷凍放幾天?建議用蒸的還是再煮來加熱?應該是要不拆線吧?感謝佛心分享做法,很容易理解、學習。

      建議冷藏5天、冷凍10天。不用拆線,連滷汁一起蒸或煮加熱皆可。謝謝您的提問與觀賞!
