Nick you nailed it. This is definitely the best sports car Lamborghini currently makes. This is truly an achievement by Lambo and explains why I can stop driving it. This was the car to take to Car Week in Monterey!
The Performante really lived up to the hype. I had a blast driving Docs and it did not disappoint. Its a marked step above the standard car

Looks like a wedge on wheels. The engine sound is what it’s all about, the incredible performance and exotic styling is just icing on the cake. A truly magnificent machine for those fortunate enough to afford one.

The reason he's not happy is because he knows the video is invariably going to end with him back in his Porsche getting humiliated in a rolling drag race. How much soul crushing defeat can one man take? The looks of disdain/pity from William and Albert. Can you really blame him for being unhappy?

That was awesome! I don't think I've ever heard a Lambo described as driving a washing machine... Always cutting edge your reviews :) Amazing how different the interiors are... What is the comparable P-car? GT3RS? Turbo S? GT2RS?
I'd be curious to hear Nicks opinion of the interior. I thought as a complete package it is beautiful and appears premium. As you start to analyze little details you'll find some cost cutting measures were taken, especially on the toggle switches. You'd expect solid aluminum, but they are all plastic. The seats are extremely rigid and certainly wear on you, but that is part of the theater this car creates. You have to dig pretty deep to find disappointment, but I cannot afford a 300-400k car so what do I know lol
Yes I find the Lambo interior to be totally cheap and tacky. I understand why they do what they do but this is like a plastic version of the Apollo 12 LIM
I think the GT3 RS is close from driving experience but the GT2 is closer in performance.

A mate has one of these and love sit. Drove the Aventador a few weeks ago.. as you say these are no longer like the Lambos of old. BUT the Audification of the brand is not always welcome.

Love the color of blue on that Lambo. Would've gone with a different interior choice though. At least oil changes, tires, and mileage for your Porsche are far more reasonable than that of the Lamborghini's Nick ;) Your car's no slouch!
