Glad to see it works on GMT900 trucks, since they have the same AC system as GMT800, should work on my 03 too. Glad I found out about this, was about to discharge my whole system to replace the high side valve. Great video showing how it works. Thanks!
Pinch the two prongs of the tool a bit and test on another Schrader valve. Then it will grip the valve as you install and remove it. Also, when installing the valve, gently push and turn counter-clockwise until you feel the valve seat into the threads--just like you would with a bolt. Now, turn clockwise for insertion. AND NEVER work over dirt or the grass.
I love when ppl that half-assed know what they are doing.make a video teaching other how to half ass do something. You don't have to fish anything out just quickly open and close the valve so it blows it out
Thanks for the problem solving, other videos don't show real world!
Thanks, I need to do this. Just ordered the tool. Small parts over grass? Your a brave man!

That tool would work on a older 2002 chevy silverado high pressure line?
To save some time next time open the valve up a little, it will blow the old schrader valve out :) no need to fish it out.
I had no success with this. The core was stuck below the ball valve
Its freon not coolant dude
All ac systems have a high and low side
