I can not believe you added all the other arrangements meant for other instruments all together. I didn't think it was possible for all of it to be played in one piano. I've seen many many versions of people playing this in piano and as for now this is the only version that has all those little tiny details that no one else plays. Amazing. Best version of this masterpiece I've seen!
I know right? Like at 3:16 I've never heard the higher string parts be played at that part in a piano arrangement of waltz of the flowers. All these details truly add to the colour!
@@malkolmlind8598 That was added by Taneyev, not Fukuma. Plus, Taneyev's version is on IMSLP, if you want to check there. He did the entire Nutcracker Ballet, however, so it'll require a bit of searching.
@@draco4569 I know that the arrangement is written by Taneyev. I've tried to play it myself. I just commented on how well arranged it is.

I dont understand why this Fukuma guy extra put his name as "additional arranger" in the description, for me the majority of this recording sounds exactly like Taneyevs arrangement. Really hope those folks in the comments can understand who is the real genius here...

It is a fabulous arrangement. I know this for a fact, because I spent many years dancing in this ballet. I know how it should sound, and the various parts that need to be heard at specific correct times. I thank you for your efforts and your outstanding abilities! Both as an arranger for the piano and as a performer!
I am a good piano player, But I had never tried to arrange, or to add in orchestra parts to a piano waltz score.
I did attempt it some few years ago 2017/ 18
to add in the significant instrumental parts. I obtained a lead sheet, isolated the individual parts and began with the piano, a pencil, and my notation program. I spent many weeks working, In the end, the best I could do resulted in a 4 hands 2 piano arrangement. Towards the end it was not very good.
I do not posses the education or sufficient arranging ability.
However, I would very much love to play your arrangement of this composition. Thank you very much for your time and consideration, b.

wonderful ,beautiful , so veryvery smart connection between various tempo and rhythm, in case of flower waltz playing without ballet, I would feel there might be difficult to play music only. Baremboim conducted BPO veryveryvery beautiful flower waltz, he might play Tchaikoysky flower waltz as orchestra solo music. anyway so so so beautiful Baremboim and BPO.

@@LewisDeAlba Meh dudes, I googled for Taneyev Waltz of flowers and got it under 25 seconds. Why is so hard for some to just be logic. Forget about his "revised" version, all he adds is a few arpeggios in the theme, if you compare with the Taneyev you will see by yourself.
