I Sooooo Love this color combo it's breath taking....and that White elm semi transparent stain is just that Perfect shade to Expose that wood .. amazing work guys ...I just love how adorable the two of you are...how you can always make Cindy Giggle as IF y'all was Still in School...Just melts my heart....you two are the best team! 😅🥰👍❣️❣️
Beautiful job. As a kid I had a full BR set with that blond plastic-like shellac coating, glad to see those pieces can be redone to look fresh & modern.
I agree, the transformations are beautiful. Two true MCM pieces were given a new life with a fresh, timeless appeal. Plus every square inch was cleaned and inspected, all repairs completed. Better than new.
It is interesting to see how the sage & olive gray-greens that are popular now are like a more muted shade of the avocado green that was so popular in the late 60s & the 70s. Even color trends get a "makeover" over time.
We laugh when our daughter talks about the latest trend in clothes and we're like "yeah, we came up with that 40 years ago. You guys just renamed it and think you're brilliant!". 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks again Evie!

Thanks Lashonda! We use Durham's for surface filling and it works as well as Bondo. We wouldn't use it to repair a corner or edge like Bondo though. Hope that helps!
