Anakin Skywalker has two of my favorite Lightsabers
The music in the box was actually from the scene when Anakin is set on fire. I still think that music should've been reused in the Obi-Wan series when he sees Anakin under the mask.

Just got my Anakin saber at Galaxy's edge and after watching your reviews I kept expecting to run in to you there lol.
A couple of notes based off your reviews I have seen. 1) I'm stoked that it is the Anakin saber from THIS box set and 2) It says Anakin on the bottom, not Rey.
I definitely made sure it was in working order before I left and fingers crossed they are attaching those wires better. Thank you for all the leg work!

I love the beginning of the final duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan at the end of ep3. Just before the fighting starts when Obi-Wan says, "Only a Sith deals in Absolutes." The sun is breaking through the clouds behind Obi-Wan, subconsciously
telling you Obi-Wan is good, while the rest of Mustafar is dark, red and smokey everywhere else. Great scene and a very nice boxset. So, Obi-Dad, I had to cancel my Hasbro FX elite Obi-Wan order. I had to reallocate the funds, and should be receiving my Anakin ep3 skinny flex, identical to the Artsabers one you reviewed, (except from my Chinese secret agents) made by TXQ. They were practically giving it away on Black Friday for around $40 bucks more, with proffie, than the FX elite was going for. Plus I have an 89sabers version of Obi-Wans ep3 saber. We've talked about collecting all brands of sabers, and I would love to, but choices have to be made. Keep up the good work, another great review. Oh, btw check out
" The Patterson cut" of the Obi-Wan series. Dude edited the Disney series down to a 2 1/2 hour movie, cutting out alot of the unnecessary filler, and made a nice movie out of it. Available to watch free for Disney Subs. Enjoy. :)

@Finding The Force Thx bro, black Friday had bunches of sabers on sale. I also picked up an Obi-Wan ep1 proffie saber by TXQ for, wait for it.........$249, absolutely unbelievable. It's got the same fonts as the Anakin ep3. I've never seen them as inexpensive as they were on Black Friday. So yeah, had to give up my Kenobi FX, oh well. I've been with you since the beginning.I think you had around 3k subs when I found your channel, you and Landon were passing out sabers around town, hope the little guy is doing well and Merry Christmas to your entire family, later. I’m so happy they started selling them individually so I can get them! I love anakins lightsaber can’t wait I get my hands on it! The finish of the metal is off but other then that it’s beautiful. Awesome review, love seeing all these sabers lately!

I have 2374, thought that was kinda cool. I am loving the box. The only complaint I have is the box does not stay open, wish it had locking hinges.

Quick question. Which is the best blade to get length wise? The newly packaged legacy sets that’s come with a blade (available from Disney store) come with the 76cm (26in) blade.
And is the ANH obi wan saber being released separately ?
One detail that’s interesting is that long anakin clash effect is the same sound as when Dooku’s head gets cut off

I think the day after you posted this, they started selling both hilts individually at West. It's crazy we're on the 4th release of the Obi-Wan already. As awesome as these box sets are, I'd just simply go broke and/or be divorced if I bought them at the rate they are coming out! I do think it would be a fun video of you comparing all four of the GE Obi-Wan hilts. Although the hilt in the bundle should be identical to the middle hilt in the Obi-Wan 3 pack, correct?
Hahaha… I think you are right! the Obi-Wan saber in this box is different than any of the others. It’s super clean from episode three. 👍🏻
@@FindingTheForce Yes, the newest one is Episode 3 super clean. I was referring to the original bundle set hilt and the middle hilt of the 3 pack that comes with Ep 1 and Ep 4. That one and the original bundle hilts should be identical, if I recall.
So I’m going to Disneyland on dec 12th will I be able to get the Anikin skywalker from that box set separately, I’ve also head that the box set is being sold at Disneyland, can anyone verify this for me please , thank you and great video !
@@captsvt1452 Unfortunately, no one can verify or confirm what is going to be in stock until the morning you get there. Things change very fast with these sabers. They could open the doors with both in stock, and be sold out of one or both within minutes or hours. People are pretty good about posting what is in stock online, either through discord or on Facebook. Good luck, I hope you can get what you want!

The only problem I have with the galaxy’s edge sabers is the way they ignite because they go up in blocks rather than smooth… amazing video anyway love your channel and keep up the good work
Yeah, the blade is the weakest part for me which is unfortunate cause I think the lightsabers themselves look sick. Do you know if there’s are any 3rd party blades that are smoother and brighter?

Obi Wan sounds and effects are exactly the same as the Obi Wan series hilt. The Anakin sounds/effects are new and really cool!

How does this episode 3 lightsaber compare with the other Skywalker legacy lightsabers? Is it thinner than the others so it's more like the skinnyflex or are they all the same thickness? Always look forward to your review and comparison videos! Great job as usual!

Smooth swing has spoiled me on my custom lightsabers. It is nice that Disney is still making new hilts, I just wish they could use 18650 rechargeables and keep the thin neck hilts, thin.

For that price I think they should be limited and not even come out individually. Think Disney should do a few more limited release items. Obviously not exclusive or a really small production number as it would be unfair on people but a limited amount enough for them to be special and collectable.

Thank you well actually I think it might have found one on Amazon and it's actually the Galaxy sage Anakin Skywalker legacy lightsaber but it's actually just by itself and same thing with the episode three Obi-Wan likes her from Galaxy says also but right when I saw I did not have enough money because I've been using it on fortnite and stuff you know being generous feel better people getting some stuff but I really hope it out get one of that like to refer Christmas hopefully or unless my mom and dad already got me like going to neopixel and can lightsabers and I also found the Qui-Gon jinn legacy there on Amazon along with the Jedi count dooku as well

And to answer your question, you just did. One is more cost effective for people that aren't fortunate enough to buy two at a time/or one neopixel.

I have the Anakin Skywalker revenge of the sith legacy lightsaber hilt and my brother has the obi wan Kenobi base lite thin neck revenge of the sith lightsaber from dark wolf sabers
I have a question how comes companies like saber theory do working thin neck lightsabers but there has been multiple Obi-Wan lightsaber at disney and not one has a working thin neck when you turn the lightsaber on
the blades for galaxy edge have that big black bit at the bottom which is used to connect to pins in the saber and keep it in place with the left and right tabs. Thin necks would not work for galaxies edge savers bc the black bit is too long for them to fit in, unlike neopixels which can fit in any blade depth and do not have the left/right tabs to fit in the saber (instead they use retention screws)
Hey Liam. The short answer is so, Disney can help keep costs down. But I plan on making a video sharing lots of details about different kinds of sabers for everyone so that people who are new to the hobby can get caught up. @@FindingTheForce yea and also their design for the GE blades just will not fit into any thin neck emitter (unless they make it absurdly long) so they would have to redesign those/make a special one for thin necks and it's honestly easier just to make them chonky bois.

Can we just be real here for a second I mean Disney like money, shop Disney UK have just re-stocked for the skywalker legacy Vader legacy and added the dark saber and Mace Windu.
Disney fundamentally like money, so I don’t like it when they say, limited edition, they keep restocking the battle of the heroes double pack right now (shop, Disney, UK).
It may just take some time, rest the packaging as in the crate may be limited, but that doesn’t stop them from selling them individually in the standard packaging with the metal clasp.
I’d absolutely love to see a “standard“ legacy edition for Ahsoka rebels and TCW.
It’s one of the reasons why I have the search bookmarked through safari, that way, I just check back regularly to see what’s in stock and unavailable/out of stock.
I’m just glad that Disney actually want money from people internationally for these Lightsabers, i’m not complaining, even if they are £185 a pop (individual) and around £350 for the battle of the heroes set.

I just got one of these for £300 shipped here in the UK. I've just opened it and I was stunned. I have wanted this set since ROTS. I actually got a lump in my throat when I opened it and it took me back not only to 2005 but also 1977. I am so happy I got this set and your review helped me to decide!

It is as actually the move Obi-Wan used on Maul in Episode 1 not the move that Anakin used on Dooku.

I really don’t understand why only Palpatine and Qui Gon Jinn’s lightsabers are rechargeable 🤨 Palpatine’s came out 6 months ago and they’ve released several more lightsabers since then. Why not just make all those rechargeable? It’s CLEARLY possible
It's because they only do rechargeable if they have to due to chassis restraints or the design of the hilt not fitting the batteries.
What makes people buy these compared to custom sabers?
