That manager is crazy. As we work and customers come. no matter poor or rich, they are welcome as long they make them feel like home.

As a dominos employee, if someone asks for leftovers or doesn’t have enough change for a meal (ex: missing dollar or few change) we just put it in the system as the full amount and give them the food. My manager is okay with it too, treat people how you would like to be treated

It’s really sad at how far down our values have come. People are human beings with real needs that find themselves in unavoidable situations, & are just asking for a little kindness. If not for the Grace of God; that could easily be anyone of us! Kindness is essential because nobody knows what tomorrow holds for any of us, & think about how you would want to be treated! We’re all one paycheck away from being homeless also!

I agree with this manager...BUT this should not happen in front of the customer. By feeding one homeless person can bring in a slew of them expecting the same treatment and not all of them are good people and the safety of other customers need to be taken into consideration
Actually that’s not true. The ceo of the restaurant is right. One free meal would not hurt the business. She did the right thing but the the manager got the karma she deserves. She wouldn’t have gotten fired if the manager wasn’t bit of a Karen

I’m a sucker for giving to homeless but if you are running a business you could do charity on the side and feed homeless that way with leftovers . I don’t think you should be putting them on tables with paying customers that’s not right either

Kelly presented herself to Carly, her tone cheery but hiding racist, Karen vibes which would show later !!! The homeless man wanted something to eat and drink, maybe some aid to get back on track. Cue Kelly, treating him with disgust and contempt as if he wasn't human. Carly on the hand, outshone her boss by being a non-judgmental person and welcomed him in. Kelly and Carly would clash verbally, with elitist vibes thinking she was better than the homeless people!!! Someone is getting the sack, Supermission Squad, as Carly would reveal herself as an undercover boss!!! The homeless man will get the promotion for being humane and empathetic!!! Say goodbye, Kelly, you are getting fired!!!

I saw something similar happen in real life except, at Taco Bell. Summer of 2018. And that waitress/manager is more patient than I would've been. I don't have the patience for abuse. I'd have went off on her and quit on the spot. No job is worth it. I don't care if I need the money. My dignity is not for sale.
There was a story in a news article I was reading where a very small business got so much funds and customers allowing them to start a chain because they gave food to the homeless and allowed them to come in during bad weather. Guess who went bankrupt down the street 😂

I like these kinds of videos, but the only comment that I have is I'm all for helping people in need, but sometimes you need to find out if they are legit homeless or in need or just trying to scam for free meals or trying to take advantage of the situation.
