On a road trip, my daughter once sang all the road and traffic signs for hours. Personally, I enjoyed it because she has a beautiful voice, but it drove her siblings insane.
"Squirrel and bone... She doesn`t really play with anything else"
What a mood

don't mind me, just putting this here so I can replay it
I’ve been to Wales and I think I saw a road sign pointing to that place that has the crazy name you sang in such a nice 6/8 meter!!
listening to malinda sing my gender identity and then straight after say "whoever you are youre wlecome here" was more validating than everything my parents have said about my gender in my whole lifetime and THATS the tea
Yeah, that brought a tear to my eye
Exactly :)
I cried
I'm _cis_ and I cried
I would buy that as a song. It's so soothing.
I'm Welsh and can't even pronouce that town so don't worry! 😁
I have a brother who has a Welsh gf (it's where they have lived together for years now) and she wasn't too far of the correct pronunciation.
@@heidi_1love Yep, it was a really good attempt at the pronunciation. The only mistake I heard was 'fair' should sound more like 'vire'. Considering most people trip up on the 'LL' in Welsh, she did amazingly!
@@YDdraigBach I just realised how hilarious it would be to show a Spanish teacher a Welsh place name beginning with ‘Ll’ and watch them struggle.
I only just about remember how to say it. Our Primary school headmaster used to teach us sometimes in assembly 😂
@@YDdraigBach I tried to learn Welsh (my family’s from there), and all I can say is that I THINK I’ve mastered the double-l, and I know how to say that I’m a dragon. Thanks, DuoLingo! 🤣
I LOVED THE ONE WITH THE GENDERS I SUNG ALONG AFTER PLAYING JUST THAT BIT A BILLION TIMES!!!! THANKS FOR MAKING MY ENBY HEART HAPPY
3:29 id honestly listen to you sing that for about 5 hours straight ngl
The most highly anticipated sequel of the year
Yep
Yes indeed
honest christmas 2020 is fairly anticipated too, since all the previous one's issues seem MILD in 2020
@@wordart_guian oh lord yeah. I can only imagine hahahaha xd
I was fascinated and stayed to listen. Your voice is like ASMR to the soul, thus, proving the point some of us would listen to you sing anything. But given a song of depth, meaning, or beautiful lyrics, now that is even more mind-bending.
I've never wanted to make the name of a welsh town my ringtone... but here we are
Edit: I did it guys, I made it my ringtone 😀👍
Wait how?
@@LQLawler me and my brother downloaded the video on mp3 files then we cut it just to the part where she sings the welsh town then we made it our ringtone 👍

Awesome!
Whaaat????
As a Welsh person, your pronunciation of Llanfairpwllgwyn... etc... was actually very good!
This is the funniest damn thing I've seen in a month! Thumbs up forevermore
Malindas the only person who can make the terms and conditions of buying a microwave into an actual song (that’s a compliment... I think)
!!!!!Welsh speaker!!!!
(my father)
Your pronunciation was pretty good! The 'll' and 'ch' needed to be harsher but overall good job!
Also for anyone wondering why there are four Ls in a row: the name is basically a whole bunch of shorter words slammed together, and it just so happened that there was a word that ended in double L and a word that started with double L put next to each other
You're just proving us right, these all sound great
1:30 never fails to make me laugh
"Squirrel. And bone." I find it so funny for some reason lol
Maybe sing about pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis? it’s a lung disease you can get from breathing volcanic ash.
Or sing the privacy policy and terms of service of an app on your iPhone.
There's a song in Tagalog called that.
She should cover it lol
I always hate being reminded of... Super-sharp volcanic cement in your lungs. Yes, that's what that condition is.
I think Songdrops put that into his song about long words, which is the only reason I can remotely say it.
@@WyxienTheFox same actually, after hearing it in the song I spent a good ten minutes figuring out how to pronounce it.
I don't know who you are...I don't know how I got here...I don't know what I just watched...all I know is that THIS WAS AWESOME!!!
I never thought I’d see the day.
Edit: Her singing genders made me feel soft I-
The only thing that would have made it better was if she sang my gender
When she sings "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch" all youtube's absolutely not close to accurate at all captions have to say is:
[Music]
Lol.
THE ALGORITHM HAS EXPLODED! THE ALGORITHM HAS EXPLODED! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THIS IS A TERRIBLE TRAGEDY!!...ARE YOU GETTING THIS CHARLIE??...THE FLAMES ARE FOUR OR FIVE HUNDRED FEET INTO THE SKY!......

I know this is not the point of your comment, but a fun fact I learned recently and wanted to share is why it's called close captions, because it is not "close" captions. it's "Closed" captions. It's called closed because it could be toggled on and of waaaay before video was digitally encoded (and thus needed processing before it was shown in a TV), it was hidden in a part of the signal that syncronized the incomming signal with the internal processor of the TV back in the VCR days. if you want to know more, this video explains it quite well: ruclips.net/video/6SL6zs2bDks/видео.html

This was soo good. I love the ingredient song - and the one with the unfamiliar but good sounding harmonics ;-)
And each and every part - and your "normal" songs too, the sea shanties really have something to them - and of course the more usual songs. Oh what a bad description, I'm out of words, so in short you are really great, whatever you try, it comes out really good!
I just also heard "bring me to live" and "a wild one", what a contrast - and perfect in every way. And not to forget the fields of gold and Halelujah covers... wow!
And all the songs that I have not yet heard...
Are...are we just gonna brush over the fact that she said 'cocaine' as a shampoo ingredient...?
I think it was Coco-Betaine. Sorry if I ruined your fun.
@@ajparadise6649 I saw it was written as that, but I watched it back a bunch and I'm convinced she said cocaine!
@@mayajoy7248 Odd. Maybe she said it wrong? IDK. It is strange.
Sing ALL of the Harry Potter spells and acknowledge all the Harry Potter deaths and also what hogwarts house would you be in
It was cocoate (see about halfway down the label)
Malinda, that fact that you neither celebrated or gloated after that last bit, is a true testament to your character. And you totally deserve to do both.
You have an amazing voice, I enjoy listening to you sing! I also find it even better that you don't take yourself too seriously. When you do these short videos I laugh a lot!
I'm a cisgender but still the every gender lable-part made me smile so much!! Also thanks for the laughs on the bee movie part :D
Same XD
Same. Also one of my best friends is questioning their gender so it makes me smile more for that.
Same
I need a whole freaking song of the wales town part, that was brilliant
1:55 can confirm as an Australian, yes even the adorable things attempt to kill you
“Sing the bee movie script!”
Me: i’m watching The bee movie with my papa and dad :D
@Grace Slagle x3 I am roleplaying lmao
I’ve listened to this so many times that I can sing the Wales town name, too. I’m sure I’m saying it kinda wrong, but I’m pretty close to how she sings it and others in the comments are saying how she’s pretty close:)
I also looked up a video on how to pronounce cause I wanted to sing along with it faster.
Not gonna lie, 2:23 is a very wholesome request and put a big smile on my face.
I’m just going to put this out there: the bee movie thing was NOT me.
I love how she sung the most absurd word ever. Also when she sang genders it was wholesome.
I don’t think 793,000 viewers could all be wrong and I would listen to you sing anything you have an incredible voice just enchanting
As a transgender man who follows you for a long time, this moment when um singed a lot of "genders labels" was really amazings.
I admire you, and know that you are a ally really touched my heart, thanks for that
3:22 - As a Welsh person, I can tell you that's better than what most people over here manage 😂👌
The fact that I keep coming back to these more then your other videos only further proves that I will indeed listen to anything you sing
Wow, you even make a list of shampoo ingredients sound amazing
1:22 *gasp* OMG! :D

I thought I would get bored and skip some of this but it’s true, whatever you sing is awesome. I watched through The Who,e vid.
Honestly you could just sing every single item/thing/event you saw without leaving your apartment, and it'd still be great!
Eventually, I could see and enjoy the cuteness of the @now generation opera singer. You are such a rare unique lady, Malinda. Cheers!
