I don't use cedar because they can cause respiratory issues. Those are pine shavings. I'm about to stop using them because it keeps encouraging them to lay on the floor. My breeding loft is just the wood floor now. The new birds that I put in the flying loft started laying before I got the shavings cleaned out.
